In the latest pantie twisting contest by the right wing idiots at Faux Noise we now have what has become known as #lattegate.

Oh my god! The president has saluted soldiers with coffee in his hand. Stop. The. Presses. The drama queens are now in full crisis mode over the unbelievable and unpatriotic act of holding coffee while saluting as they rage with their fake patriotism.

Remember folks, these are the same fuck twats who have been cutting funding to our veterans' healthcare, stopped paying necessary funds to military families whose loved ones have been killed in battle, and also have a habit of booing soldiers who happen to be gay. I dunno about you, but I think booing at soldiers is a little bit worse than holding coffee.

Papa Bear complains that we don't have a general Patton

Faux Noise's Bill O'Reilly is out peddling his new book about how great it is to war monger using a hyper-masculine image of WWII hero General Patton.

In an interview trying to peddle his garbage Papa Bear laments that we do not have a war monger type of general who would push Obama to a war with Syria:

Patton would want to just go in himself to do it. If George Patton were alive today, he would be saying to President Obama, ‘Give me the third, I’ll go into Syria and I’ll wipe them all out.’ And he would. That’s what he would absolutely do. We don’t have any Pattons today.

Papa Bear forgets that we already have the type of General he is jerking off to: General David Petreus. Petreus is pushing for an all out war with Syria, that was his main issue when he was campaigning for Mitt Romney. Petreus and Papa Bear represent a military fascist clique that is bent on fascist war-mongering on behalf of wall street and war financiers like Halliburton. Papa Bear also seems to forget General Patton fought against fascism in WWII, and in particular Italian fascism in the Northern African theater.

Papa Bear may want Patton but the real question should be: does General Patton, who actually went to the battle field and killed the enemy himself even, want some pansy schmuck chicken hawk like Papa Bear who is willing to sacrifice other people's children in a meaningless war? I doubt it.

Is the NFL beginning to show some cracks?

We've been told several times already that the National Felons League is a very "important cultural iconic institution' in America. But at what price do we continue to pay for that kind of talk that is only suitable for delusional mental patients? Do we have to accept, venerate, and tolerate the Felons' continuing misogyny, child-hating, women-beating, hyper-masculine, brain damaging, homophobic attitudes against the people of this country?

No. The NFL is beginning to crack and I would go further by saying that the NFL is already damaged goods.

USA Today had a very good piece on the already damaged "iconic" image of the NFL and football in general:

"We're beginning to see cracks in the shield," said Jason Maloni, who specializes in crisis communications at Levick, a public relations firm in Washington, D.C. "They may be faint cracks, but they deserve a great deal of attention, because faint cracks always become larger cracks." 

"Athletes have been crossing the line for many, many years," Maloni said. "What's new is the echo chamber (of social media). What's new is visceral pictures and videos on the Internet. I imagine a player of Adrian Peterson's stature might have gotten him a pass (from the league) before, but the pictures of his child's injuries make it a lot more vivid for everybody." 

But experts say the league's popularity could wane if it doesn't make changes in response to the crises, not only in handling misconduct but also player safety and concussions. 

Adding to the bonfire, court documents released last week showed the NFL itself estimated nearly one-third of former players would suffer from neurocognitive problems stemming from brain damage. 

Such knowledge could have a profound effect on whether parents allow their children to play or watch football, impacting the game's future popularity. 

"When you know the likelihood of those kinds of injuries, it makes you step back," said Ann Bastianelli, senior lecturer of marketing at Indiana University. 

To decrease the risk of brain damage, the league might have to take away or limit a marketing asset that helps make it popular — brain-rattling collisions. 

"It's their point of greatest vulnerability," sports economist Andrew Zimbalist told USA TODAY Sports. "This latest report is sufficiently scary that something dramatic has to be done." 

The answer may be that, even two years later, it's a different world. Without repairs, those cracks in the NFL shield will only spread. And then fans may start asking themselves an important question, Bastianelli said: 

"At what cost do we want to continue to watch this?"

Here we have another heterosexual felon who plays for the National Felons League who is being charged for domestic violence and child abuse (a two-for this time). This time the felon is Jonathan Dwyer of the Arizona Cardinals, yup a few miles from where I live. God, I feel like now I need to take a shower knowing that I shared the streets with a felon wife-beater and child abuser who plays for the NFL.

Tonight the Phoenix PD have charged Dwyer with aggravated assault that also "involved a minor" and the felon will probably get to spend the night with Sheriff Arpaio in his pink boxers:

Phoenix police said the charges stemmed from two separate incidents that are alleged to have occurred at his home in late July. A report was first made to the Phoenix Police Department on Sept. 11, and when detectives questioned Dwyer, he admitted to the incidents but denied any physical assaults, police said. 

Dwyer was being booked into the Maricopa County Jail on Wednesday on one count of aggravated assault causing a fracture, one count of aggravated assault involving a minor, two counts of criminal damage, one count of preventing the use of a phone in an emergency, and assault, police said.

GLORIA ALLRED: NFL, Goodell refused to fully investigate NFL felon's depth of crimes...

Power attorney Gloria Allred held a press conference in Atlanta along with two other individuals who claim that NFL commissioner and dufus in chief Roger Goodell completely ignored their evidence of reported criminal violent behavior by a felon named Brandon Marshall who plays for the Denver Broncos. This stems from a previous domestic violence incident that Marshall has already been "punished" for, and now Allred and the panelists seek to make changes to the NFL's ways of handling domestic abuse.

In the presser it was revealed that Marshall severely beat his girlfriend in several states and in fact rammed his vehicle against one of the individuals at the presser.

These two individuals sitting next to Gloria each took their turn to explain how the NFL and commissioner Goodell in particular refused and denied to hear from their side of the situation and at the time of the incident only gave Marshall a three game suspension that was later reduced to only one game. They claim that Goodell failed to respond to their repeated attempts to inform the NFL the depth and the depravity of the felon's behavior.

Child abuser and felon for the NFL Adrian Peterson who enjoys beating and torturing his kids until they bleed has finally been banned from playing for the Minnesota Vikings after the team first benched him on Sunday then "reactivated" him on Monday and finally decided today to just put him back in their briefcase until his legal matters are resolved (or forgotten):

The Minnesota Vikings owners admitted Wednesday that they made a mistake when it came to the decisions regarding RB Adrian Peterson’s status with the team, after last week’s child abuse charges surfaced. 

“We made a mistake and we needed to get this right,” owner Zygi Wilf said during a press conference at Winter Park. 

Overnight, the Vikings placed Peterson on the Exempt/Commissioner’s Permission list, which requires that he remain away from all team activities. It was a complete reversal from the decision they announced on Monday to let Peterson play against the Saints. 

The Wilfs said they support Peterson during his legal and personal matters but at this time, they feel this is the right decision, after further discussion.

Oh so "now" they are getting it right.

12 wife-beating felons still playing for the NFL

As the National Felons League comes under the microscope for harboring and defending felons who commit violent acts of depravity against women and children it has come to light that there many felons who are wife-beaters are still playing football for the NFL as if nothing occurred:

Ray Rice may never again play in the NFL, but a dozen other players with domestic violence arrests are still suiting up on Sundays. 

Ray McDonald and Chris Cook of the San Francsico 49ers, Tony McDaniel and Kevin Williams of the Seattle Seahawks, Brandon Marshall and Santonio Holmes of the Chicago Bears, Greg Hardy of the Carolina Panthers, Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboys, Erik Walden of the Indianapolis Colts, Donte Whitner of the Cleveland Browns, Randy Starks of the Miami Dolphins and Frostee Rucker of the Arizona Cardinals have all been arrested for domestic violence or related charges since 2005, according to a USA Today database that tracks players' arrests since 2000. 

Some fought the charges and won. Others accepted blame, served short suspensions and returned to the game. The rest are still waiting for their day in court, the focus of intense new scrutiny as America’s most powerful sports league faces growing criticism over its handling of players’ off-the-field conduct. 

This stupid notion that the NFL is an iconic powerful American cultural deserving of veneration as a role model for young people needs to be re-evaluated me thinks.

Hannity defends Adrian Peterson abusing his kid with anti-gay rant

Catholic fascist hatemonger The Walbanger (aka Sean Hannity) was on his fledgling radio show whining about how fascists like him can no longer abuse and manipulate their children.

It is the responsibility of any parent to discipline their kids and to ensure they become good citizens of society, but brainwashing them, and in particular abusing them, well that is a whole other thing.

Walbanger was ranting about how The Vikings felon Adrian Peterson, who is being indicted for child abuse after he beat up his banbino with a switch causing bleeding and injury, is being judged and that parents can do whatever they want to a child (would that include molestation one wonders). Funny that Walbanger and people like him would say that fetuses are "persons" that merit respect but yet once they are born they become slaves to their parents and less then a "person."

And Walbanger took this opportunity to propagandize Catholic fascism and said that he fears that going after child abusers would lead to Catholic fascist parents like him not being able to tell their kids that "being gay is not normal."

One only can only assume he doesn't mean actually "beating the gay out" of the child. But we are dealing with Catholic fascists who are prone to be abusive against their wives and children.



Yet it is Catholic fascists like Walbanger who foam at the mouth when parents says its okay that their kids read a pro-gay book or are gay as well. Walbanger and company would scream "child abuse" on Faux Noise and proclaim that the earth will now implode as the "homosexual agenda" is creeping into the schools and homes.

And don't forget, these are the same fascists that go into a rage whenever a parent decides to embrace a transgender child's gender identity.

This whole bit that parents have a right to raise their kids as they see fit is bullshit coming from fascists who all they do all day is condemn parents who raise their children in a way these fascists disagree with.

11 GOP teabagger governors indicted, in trouble or under investigation

Teabagger governors came into power during and since 2010, the time when America caught this pesky STD as a consequence of American voters sleeping around with the race-to-the-bottom suicidal and fraudulent economics whore that is the teabagger economic policy imported from Austria and the city of London. This includes killer austerity, union busting, wage gouging, tax cuts for billionaires, deregulation, Chinese and global trade takeover and so on.

And now Americans are waking up from this tea-hangover as these teabagger charlatans have been exposed as nothing but fraudsters and hacks who do the bidding for the Koch Bros. and the wolves of Wall Street, not the average American citizen.

As of late, eleven - count them - eleven GOP, teabagger governors are being investigated by law enforcement, are being indicted or are sent to prison for corruption, fraud, and other shenanigans that snake oil salesmen from Nigeria tend to engage in.

So instead of creating more jobs (remember their slogan was "jobs, jobs, jobs") as they promised they indeed created more havoc.

It is time we put an end to this fraud that is being perpetrated against the American people, but we will always have dupes who love being swindled by the likes of Hannity, Limbaugh, and Mark Levin. Those we cannot rescue, however enough people are waking to the reality of this mess and are backing away from supporting reactionary right wing hustlers.

Fox News' obsession with Benghazi: over 1,000 meaningless segments

The sheer irrelevancy of the right wing news propaganda outlet is clearly evident as its sole purpose is to attack Obama, regardless if he merited or not.

There's been ample opportunity for the supposed 'news' organization to cover actual news in a 'fair and balance' way but studies have shown that Fuax Noise is just that: noise. Noise for the duped chump and low information voter who are more interested in espousing cynicism than they are in providing information. Teabaggers are not interested in information, they are solely interested in propaganda that continues to stoke their xenophobic right wing asinine ideology.

A new study further proves how petty and dumb the network and its viewers have become as they devoted more than 1,000 segments (dithers) on Benghazi:

• 1,098 total Fox News evening segments that included significant discussion of Benghazi -- an average of about 13 segments per week
• In 18 of 20 months studied, Fox ran at least 20 Benghazi segments per month, with a high of 174 in October 2012
• 382 segments aired on Special Report, the network's flagship news program
• 478 segments invoked the talking points used for Susan Rice's 2012 Sunday show appearances
• 281 segments alleging a "cover-up" by the Obama administration
• 144 interviews of GOP members of Congress versus only five interviews of Democratic members of Congress and Obama administration officials
• 120 comparisons to Iran-Contra, Watergate, and the actions of the Nixon administration
• 105 attempts to link Benghazi to Hillary Clinton's potential presidential ambitions
• 100 segments promoting the lie that the administration issued a "stand-down order"  

Out of the one thousand or so segments of the Benghazi event, let us ask, what has Faux Noise contributed that so far we have not already known? 

We still know that not that far away a special CIA security force was at hand to help ambassador Stevens and his crew but were not ordered to go and help them to avoid their apparent doom at the hands of the Jihadis.

Faux Noise does NOT care about the incident itself. They care about using it as propaganda against Obama as much as they can. Now they are using the event to go after Hilldog. Well, I don't like Hilldog and I don't want her to be president either, but I don't even think she's to blame for Benghazi.

If the teabaggers really cared about ambassador Stevens (a gay man by the way) they would ask their go-to guy Gen. David Petreus who at the time of the Benghazi event he was in charged of the CIA assets that provided security for the embassy in Libya. Yet, and I think this question should have been asked by Media Matters, why hasn't Faux Noise ever looked at Petreus and his involvement in Benghazi? 

The answer is simple. Petreus is their man. He is the neo-con teabagger Bonaparte of our modern time. Him and General Carter Hamm have been, including under the Obama White House, pushing forward with reactionary war-mongering activities and policies in the middle east. Petreus makes no secret of his support and campaigning for Mitt Romney for president and it is quite interesting that this incident had to happen just a few months before the 2012 presidential election.

Faux Noise's propaganda gimmick is so apparent and pathetic that even though they love to dwell into conspiracy theories they failed to take note of the obvious Petreus and Romney connection and the possible attempt by Petreus to make Benghazi an October surprise against Obama.

The hacks at Faux Noise are so fucked up in the head they can't even do conspiracy theories correctly. It's that bad folks.

UPDATE: Three men have been arrested after a gay rights activist from Germany was brutally beaten and was sent to the hospital in critical condition in Serbia. The 27 year old victim has not yet been identified.

A German man who took part in a gay rights conference suffered life-threatening brain injuries when he was severely beaten in downtown Belgrade on Saturday, Serbian police and gay activists said. 

The identity of the 27-year-old man has not been released. Police said later Saturday they have arrested three suspects 

Jovanka Todorovic, from the Labris gay and lesbian group, told The Associated Press that the man was attacked early morning by a group of young men who beat him with a glass ashtray and shouted: "We don't want foreigners in Belgrade!" 

Doctors at Belgrade's emergency hospital said the man suffered internal bleeding and head injuries.

The eastern part of the world is definitely not wanting to enter the 21st century. Yikes.

NFL hires women executives to help with their domestic violence mess

In a move that can be rightly dismissed as a PR stunt to convince the public that the National Felons League is really really really against domestic violence, when clearly they are not, they have hired a group of women to address and somehow fix the domestic violence issues among its felons.

One thing I would like to note is why not have at least one man on that team? Domestic violence is also a men's issue since, hello, the overwhelming majority of perps are indeed men. We should have men on this advisory board or whatever the fuck it is. Men should also be present and show that they (we) care about this issue and that we detest domestic violence, and in particular the beating of defenseless women by big muscular brutes.

Thus I cannot see this move as nothing but lip service for damage control as the NFL is beginning their season.

NFL commissioner, dufus in chief, Roger Goodell sent out a memo to all the teams' owner outlining this new PR move:

The gist of it is the league attempting to change the outside perception of how it handles domestic violence and, hopefully, an earnest effort to change the actual process internally.
"Because domestic violence and sexual assault are broad societal issues, we have engaged leading experts to provide specialized advice and guidance in ensuring that the NFL's programs reflect the most current and effective approaches," Goodell wrote. 

First, there's Anna Isaacson, currently the NFL's Vice President of Community Affairs and Philanthropy, who will take on an expanded role Vice President of Social Responsibility. 

"Anna has been leading our internal work relating to how we address issues of domestic violence and related social issues," Goodell wrote. "In this new role, she will oversee the development of the full range of education, training and support programs relating to domestic violence, sexual assault, and matters of respect with the goal of accelerating our implementation of the commitments made in my letter of August 28." 

The NFL also specifically hired "three senior advisors" -- all women -- "to help lead and shape the NFL's policies and programs relating to domestic violence and sexual assault." 

Those three women are:

• Lisa Friel, the former Sex Crimes Prosecution Unit in the New York County District Attorney's Office.
• Jane Randel, a co-founder of NO MORE, "a national initiative to raise the profile of and normalize the conversation about domestic violence and sexual assault."
• Rita Smith, the "former executive director of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence"

Per Goodell's memo, the NFL's newest employees/advisors will focus on five things in their respective roles:

• 1) Overseeing the development and implementation of the NFL's domestic violence/sexual assault (DV/SA) workplace policy;
• 2) Building on existing training curricula and education programs for all personnel, including players and non-players;
• 3) Disseminating and executing completed training programs for all 32 teams, including executives, coaches, players and staff;
• 4) Identifying and managing DV/SA resources to enhance current services such as NFL Life Line and the NFL's Employee Assistance Programs for league and club employees and their families;
• 5) Identifying and disseminating information to employees and families regarding resources outside of the NFL and clubs, including local advocacy and support organizations in each NFL community.

The NFL now supporting child abusers

We got to know how the National Felons League feels about wife-beating as they tried to and were caught trying to conceal the severity of Ray Rice knocking his then fiance unconscious in an elevator as they lied that they did not see the security video of the incident when in fact a law enforcement officer did indeed showed them the video.

We also had Felons from the 49ers, and the Panthers who have also beaten their life partners to a pulp. In the case of the 49ers, their Felon Ray McDonald is being charged with domestic violence for beating up his girl but still the team is standing by this Felon and his violent behavior and has allowed him to play. The Panthers on the other hand, have decided to 'deactivate' their Felon Greg Hardy after being convicted a while ago back in July for the vicious NFL style attack he unleashed on his woman. They waited until now when the heat is on to actually do anything about it.

The aloofness to such despicable anti-social behavior and its border-line endorsement of it has brought a shining hot light on the league and it has been a tremendous 'distraction' no doubt. Its like a new Michael Sam coming out story is being revealed every 30 minutes. So much for trying to 'avoid distractions' huh bigots? Ironically in the end, the league turned out to be its very own huge distraction.

But just as we thought things couldn't get any worse for the poor billionaire 'woe is us' NFL, the hetero-pandemonium continues as another Felon who plays for the Vikings is being charged with a violent crime, this time for child abuse:

Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson turned himself in to Montgomery County, Texas, authorities early Saturday morning. 

He was booked into the Montgomery County jail at 1:06 a.m. CT and released at 1:35 a.m. CT after posting the $15,000 bond. 

Peterson had been indicted by a grand jury on charges of reckless or negligent injury to a child and a warrant had been issued for his arrest. He flew back early Saturday morning to Minnesota, where he has been deactivated for the Vikings' home game against the Patriots on Sunday.

Still, the team stands by this child abuser and refuses to punish him or kick him out:

"Today’s decision was made after significant thought, discussion and consideration. As evidenced by our decision to deactivate Adrian from yesterday’s game, this is clearly a very important issue. On Friday, we felt it was in the best interests of the organization to step back, evaluate the situation, and not rush to judgment given the seriousness of this matter. At that time, we made the decision that we felt was best for the Vikings and all parties involved. 

To be clear, we take very seriously any matter that involves the welfare of a child. At this time, however, we believe this is a matter of due process and we should allow the legal system to proceed so we can come to the most effective conclusions and then determine the appropriate course of action. This is a difficult path to navigate, and our focus is on doing the right thing. Currently we believe we are at a juncture where the most appropriate next step is to allow the judicial process to move forward. 

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and support Adrian’s fulfillment of his legal responsibilities throughout this process."

You know they have failed as they begin the second paragraph with "To be clear, we take very seriously any matter that involves the welfare of a child." Not believable.

Oh yeah, did I mentioned that many NFL teams considered being gay a 'distraction' and hence they passed on Michael Sam.

I'm a jealous homo. Maybe I should start beating women, drunk driving, have dog fighting rings and abusing children so that I can get a great paying career at the NFL.

Transgender girl gets crowned princess by her high school during homecoming

The Gazette of Colorado Springs reported Saturday (http://bit.ly/1BBtjuy) that Scarlett Lenh received the majority of the votes from her junior class at Sand Creek High School, besting three biological girls for the honor. Lenh, biologically a boy, was born Andy Lenh. She was bestowed the honor during Friday night's football game. 

The 16-year-old began identifying as a transgender girl this school year and began using the girls' bathroom. She said she's known she was a girl since about age 7 or 8. 

"It was really exciting. It felt really good. I couldn't stop smiling," Scarlett said after she found out at an afternoon assembly that the majority of the junior class had voted for her.
Two of the other girls who were nominated by their peers were "extremely supportive," Scarlett said, and the other "was really upset." 

Scarlett said she didn't think she'd be nominated.

Just wait until anti-political correctness, pro-freedom police forces gets wind of this and would demand that she be identified by her 'politically correct' gender as a boy and her to return the crown as the students do not have the 'freedom' to elect on their own as to who shall be the homecoming princess.

Fag bashers attack gay couple in Philly

A group of around ten people confronted a gay couple and beat them up, rob them after conforming that they were gay. 10 against 2, how brave of them. Fucking animals.

The victims, ages 27 and 28, were walking in the area of 16th and Chancellor Streets around 10:45 when they were confronted by two males and six or seven females, said Capt. Frank Banford, commanding officer of Central Detectives. 

Someone in the group asked whether the men were a couple, Banford said.
"Yes, do you have a problem?" one of the men replied, Banford said. 

The group then beat the two men, Banford said. During the assault, one of the victims dropped a bag and one of the assailants took it as they fled. 

The 27-year-old was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital with a bone fracture in his face that will require surgery, Banford said.

Yet teabagger conservatives keep telling themselves and the courts that we homos are very well liked, that anti-gay bigotry doesn't exist, and that hate crimes against gays are simply hoaxes, and hence homos don't need rights because there is no history of discrimination.

FEDERAL JUDGE: Arizona gay man's marriage to dead husband must be recognized

In another victory for equal rights in this country a federal judge has ordered Hell on Earth Arizona, my current state of residence unfortunately, to recognize the gay marriage of a Vietnam war vet to his dead husband and thus he is entitled to death benefits like heterosexuals (who have a habit of beating their wives and getting away with it). And this ruling is important because the guy needs those benefits in order to save his home he bought with his husband:

Today's ruling may not help McQuire with one thing he was hoping to get: the veteran and Social Security benefits from Martinez that normally would go to a spouse, money he said he needs to keep the couple's Green Valley home. 

Attorney Jennifer Pizer said that is because federal law requires marriages to be of a certain length to prevent "sham'' weddings solely for benefits. But Pizer said that, armed with today's ruling, she intends to challenge that limit as it applies to gay couples whose home state has thrown roadblocks in their path.

Although I would add one caveat to what Bill said: more and more Christians in the US, in particular teabaggers, are becoming so right wing and reactionary that line between Islam and Christianity is being blurred. Many Christian evangelicals have in the past praised Islamic Jihadists for executing gays.

We have seen this played out before. Morons and criminals like Rice do their bad deeds against society, hurt themselves and the people around them, and then "finally" they have a turn to Jesus moment. Right...

Why wasn't Jesus there in the beginning to stop such dumb fucks from creating havoc in the first place? Yes, I believe in second chances and all but come on, what we would like to see in criminals is genuine remorse for their actions and not coerced blackmail of the soul. Criminals shouldn't lament their actions because "Jesus and the Bible says so" but because we as a modern society demand it and such remorse is only genuine when the criminal in question understands the impact they have committed against the victims and not because of any supposed beliefs in superstitious nonsense. Piety will not erase the damage that they have created, it simply doesn't nor should it work that way.

And the most obvious pattern we notice of these "born again" Christian chumps is their eagerness in becoming bigoted bible-thumpers, transforming themselves into Jihadists in a holy war against the "immorality" of other people, who for the most part are not criminals like them. This is due to an inferiority complex that these criminals tend to have once they have suffered the consequences of their actions. They will scapegoat gays, women who do abortions, fornicators and those who watch porn in order so that in their minds at least their own criminal behavior will be diminished compared to the "evil" homosexuals ruining marriage and society. Its the old "yes I'm a wife-beater drug addict but at least I'm not a fag" mindset of juvenile arrogant bigots who throughout their lives engage in mind-tricks to defraud and lie to others while they impose their destructive behavior.

We see people like another NFL rocker named David Tyree who went on an anti-gay Christian Jihad saying that gays will bring about anarchy. Tyree, like many "turned to Jesus" freaks has a history of smoking crack and other criminal activity. Still lately the NY Giants hired the crack-head to be the team's player development head. I'm not sure what kind of development a bible-thumping crackhead would bring. But again we are talking about the National Felons League here.

Many of these born-again charlatans have a huge rap-sheet of drug dealing, prostitution, crack smoking, domestic violence and other such depravity. But they think they can fool us by using religion and holy ghosts and whatnot to convey that they are not only better then what they were before, but now they are even better than you and me because they have God on their side. This is not the thinking of any sound person who has deep remorse over their criminal behavior but are clear fascist tendencies that Christianity and the other two Abrahamic religions sometimes espouse.

Those of us with normal social behavior do not need to feel "holier than thou" in order to keep our conscious in a calm state. Most of us do not engage in criminal behavior or smoke crack like fucking bums. So the need to be a holy fag basher, for the majority of us, is not there. We actually have lives and we ant to live them, thank you very much.

The ultimate hetero-pandemonium: National Felons League (NFL) protects straight wife-beaters, criminals

Some have a problem when I label the NFL as the National Felons League. But recent events have been unraveling that made me feel justified in using that label. Call it name-calling, but if you know me and this site well you would know that I call it like it is.

We were told that Michael Sam being in the NFL would create a media distraction and that because of that NFL teams, except for the Rams and the Cowboys, refused to give him chance to ram his head against other players (now don't get any nasty thoughts on that like I did). And so the narrative goes: gays cannot join the NFL because they are distractions and we cannot afford such distractions. Violence against women: not a distraction. Gay man kissing his boyfriend: that's a distraction straight from the pits of hell that is being shoved down our throats.

But then in comes Ray Rice. A heterosexual All-American male who plays football for the Ravens. He uses his heterosexual powers to command the field and score touchdowns and so it is obvious that the NFL would try to hide the nature and the brutality he unleashed on his then fiance in an elevator at a Atlantic City casino.

The NFL, and its dubious Commissioner Roger Goodell, have been persistent in their claim that they did not have access to a video that captured Rice beating his fiance cold in the elevator. And with that the NFL only suspended Rice for couple of games and he will have to go anger management classes. The NFL were quick to brush this "distraction" under the rug, because eh, no video, no huge scandal as the public will not get the full grasp of the beast like behavior of this caveman they hired to play football.

A few months passed and now the video has finally surfaced thanks to our pals over at TMZ. We the public can now finally see the savage brutality of this incident and what the NFL is letting slide and covering up:



And right after the above video was published the Ravens immediately kicked Rice out of the team, and the NFL decided to suspend him indefinitely. And yes we have chumps out there trying to defend this so-called man and justify the beating that his fiance got. Pathetic.

I am sorry, but my mother raised me that a woman should never be hit. Never. No exceptions. Call me old fashioned, but my progressive mother is right. Women, though ought to be treated equally in all matters, physically speaking are weaker than men generally, and so any fight by a man against a woman is totally abusive and not fair as a man would have total physical advantage. An old cliche term we could say: pick on someone your own size. My mother also believes that heterosexual men should not fight gay men either for the same reasons, but that is of course up for a discussion some other time. Our society should never tolerate the humiliation and abuse of women and homosexual men who cannot defend themselves was the talk growing up in my home. And that is what I believe.

And it doesn't end here of course. I believe strongly that the NFL saw the video and either forced, coerced, or paid off the fiance to eventually marry Rice and to try to not make a big deal at court or anywhere else and thus Rice got off easily with no jail time and a two game suspension. All should have then remained quiet and we could move on about the shower habits of Michael Sam.

Ahh, but hold on second. A law enforcement source proved my assertions correct as he/she told the AP that a copy of the entire video was indeed delivered to the NFL in April and that even a member of the staff at the front office left a voice mail message telling the source that she received the tape:

A law enforcement official says he sent a video of Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee to an NFL executive three months ago, while league officers have insisted they didn't see the violent images until this week. 

The person played The Associated Press a 12-second voicemail from an NFL office number on April 9 confirming the video arrived. A female voice expresses thanks and says: "You're right. It's terrible."

At first the NFL responded by denying everything as usual. But then the league has decided to nonetheless bring on an ex-FBI director to conduct and independent investigation:

The league announced Wednesday night that Robert S. Mueller III, former director of the FBI, will “conduct an independent investigation into the NFL’s pursuit and handling of evidence in the Ray Rice domestic violence incident.”

Try as they might, many of us are not buying the NFL's bullshit. They knew what was up and now they are covering up their trails that indeed they had complete knowledge of what happened in that elevator and were trying to brush this whole thing under the rug. A league of heterosexual men helping hide the depraved violent acts of another heterosexual man against a woman. Distraction overload! Yeah right...

But eh its a bunch of heterosexual juveniles who refuse to grow up and admit responsibility like real men. Real men don't beat women. Real men show and give respect to others.

Or the NFL can try to get Michael Sam to use his magical "gay distraction powers" by having him to do a sex tape in his new Cowboys uniform as he gets bukkakeed by 50 other football players. Now that would bring some relief to Rice as the media would be "distracted" with that nonsense instead. Come on Sam, take it for the team!

NFL millionaire player leaves a 20 cent tip at a restaurant

Not only are NFL players becoming dangerous to heterosexual women, dogs, prostitutes and drivers on the road, they are also dangerous to restaurant wait staff as one NFL player who plays for the Eagles by the name of LeSean McCoy berated them and stiffed them with a .20 cent tip on a $61 bill:

The owner of PYT, a restaurant in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia that specializes in creative hamburgers and pub food, posted a picture of McCoy's receipt on Tuesday, which showed the star running back left a 0.3% tip on a $61.56 bill, according to the eatery's Facebook page. 

The owner of the restaurant, 43-year-old Tommy Up, also took McCoy to task on Facebook on Tuesday. 

"He and his group, from the moment they sat down, were verbally abusive to our staff in the most insulting ways. The derogatory statements about women and their sheer contempt for the staff serving them wasn't the end, however," he wrote. "After Mr McCoy and his group left I looked over and saw their server, my friend, with his head bowed down and with a very confused look on his face."

Obama delays executive action on immigration reform

Despite promising that he will use executive power to allow for some reforms to the broken immigration system because the teabagger racist house of representatives in Congress refuses to act, Obama has decided to delay any such executive action until after the mid-term elections:

“Because of the Republicans’ extreme politicization of this issue, the president believes it would be harmful to the policy itself and to the long-term prospects for comprehensive immigration reform to announce administrative action before the elections,” a White House official said. “Because he wants to do this in a way that’s sustainable, the president will take action on immigration before the end of the year.”

And so la raza is obviously not happy about it:

Cristina Jimenez, the managing director for United We Dream, an immigration advocacy group, accused Mr. Obama of “playing politics” with the lives of immigrant families and said “the president’s latest broken promise is another slap to the face of the Latino and immigrant community.” 

Dreamers need to stop "dreaming" and wake up to the political reality that we are facing. We have a racist Republican teabaggy Congress that is obstructing anything that they deem might help people who are not white, racist, Christian, anal retentive male heterosexuals as they are, that's a fact.

Secondly you have dixie-crats (modern Southern Democrats) who are running for reelection or are trying to unseat racist teabaggers in red states. The reality is that you have a lot of racist white trash rednecks in said red states who get panic attacks every time they see a brown-colored Spanish-speaking family walking their dog named "chucho" down the street. Such redneck states like Arkansas are where democrats may hold a competitive edge and win/maintain seats in Congress. And since we need democrats to hold on to the Senate and hopefully take back the house to give Obama support in whatever immigration action he might take it will be necessary to defuse racist anxieties that teabaggers in these red states might agitate with and would make it harder for democrats to get enough wins this November.

I think Obama made the right call on this one. Our first priority is to take out the racist teabaggers and take power away from them in Congress thus allowing for a much more easier and smoother transition into any executive action (or hopefully some legislative action) that we all know Obama is eager to make on this issue.

WIN: Appeals court rules Wisconsin, Indiana gay marriage bans as unconstitutional

The US 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago has ruled that gay marriage bans in Indiana and Wisconsin do in fact violate the US Constitution in a unanimous opinion.

Wisconsin attorney general has vowed to appeal the decision to the US Supreme Court.

Even though teabaggers have been able to get one win a few days ago when a federal judge upheld Louisiana's gay marriage ban, almost all federal court rulings have been in favor of gay marriage.

These delusional teabaggers like NOM's Brian Brown even have the audacity to proclaim that the gay marriage "house of cards" is beginning to collapse, just because of ONE ruling. Yeah right. Dream on asshole.

Today's unanimous ruling confirms the tidal wave of judicial precedent that we homos have a constitutional fundamental right to get hitched.

In the ruling the court held in part:

The court said that "tradition" isn't a "lawful ground for discrimination." The court also said that "homosexuals are among the most stigmatized, misunderstood, and discriminated-against minorities in the history of the world." 

"Not that allowing same-sex marriage will change in the short run the negative views that many Americans hold of same-sex marriage," the ruling continued. "But it will enhance the status of these marriages in the eyes of other Americans, and in the long run it may convert some of the opponents of such marriage by demonstrating that homosexual married couples are in essential respects, notably in the care of their adopted children, like other married couples."

Teabaggers can dream all they like but its looking very bad for them and their flimsy arguments that fail to hold water in court. Really bad.

UPDATE: Joan Rivers dead at 81

UPDATE: Comedian Joan Rivers has died at the age of 81. Her daughter Melissa Rivers confirms:

"It is with great sadness that I announce the death of my mother, Joan Rivers," Melissa Rivers said in a written statement today. "She passed peacefully at 1:17 p.m. surrounded by family and close friends. My son and I would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital for the amazing care they provided for my mother." 

Melissa Rivers added that she and her son, Cooper, who is Joan Rivers' grandson, "have found ourselves humbled by the outpouring of love, support and prayers we have received from around the world. They have been heard and appreciated. My mother’s greatest joy in life was to make people laugh. Although that is difficult to do right now, I know her final wish would be that we return to laughing soon."

Also there is an internet rumor that Betty White has kicked the bucket, but fortunately she is alive and well. Having three dead comedians in 30 day period would be too much.

UPDATE: Joan Rivers is now reportedly in a medically-induced coma after suffering what it now appears to be cardiac and respiratory arrest. Doctors are not fully aware how much brain damage Joan has gotten (to be honest I thought she already suffered from that condition lol) while she was rushed to the hospital during an endoscopy procedure and how it is going to affect her.

Meanwhile her only child Melissa is having to deal with this unfortunate situation:

Distraught daughter Melissa Rivers could face a life-or-death decision on her comatose mom Joan depending on what doctors find, a close friend told the Daily News. 

Melissa, who flew in Thursday from California with son Cooper, was expected to hear from doctors at The Mount Sinai Hospital about her mother’s prognosis one day after the comic nearly died. 

Joan Rivers’ only child was an emotional wreck Friday while awaiting the medical update on the ground-breaking comedienne who remained in a medically-induced coma, another source indicated.

It appears she may have to make a decision on whether or not to pull the plug on her mom. We'll see what she has decided and if Joan's condition improves (I mean her current medical condition, not the other conditions that we have already been exposed to over the years).

It has been reported that comedian Joan Rivers, 81, has been rushed to Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan around 10 this morning after she stopped breathing during an endoscopy procedure and is critical condition. Which is strange since endoscopy procedures are not surgery and doctors only sedate you. An endoscopy is when a doctor takes a camera and violates your throat in order to take a look in your tummy.

She could have had complications due to her age or all of that plastic that probably covered her air hole. We'll see what happened.

She's been in the news lately making jokes about Obama being gay and Michelle is actually transgender.

Maybe some ENDoscopy jokes are in order or would that be too brash? Just kidding.

Christian Jihadists to protest and picket the Dallas Cowboys for signing on Michael Sam

Michael Sam, the first openly gay player in the NFL, was signed on by the Dallas Cowboys and will join the team's practice squad. But then some Jihadist bible-thumpers got wind of it and their panties are now unwilling to untwist themselves from their retentive anuses:

The group American Decency says thousands of right-wing Christians will demonstrate at AT&T Stadium Sunday to protest the Dallas Cowboys signing Michael Sam to its practice squad. 

Jack Burkman heads the group which claims to have 3.62 million members in 41 states. Burkman says, “We cannot just stand idly by as Christian values and morals are trampled. We will do whatever we can to preserve family values in this country.”

Aren't these the same douchebags who cry and moan about how gay football players create "distractions." Yet they are willing to get thousands of others to protest outside the team's stadium to create some noise and media attention, or in other words "creating a distraction."

And I am sure that a group that calls itself "American Decency" is also picketing football players who torture dogs, beat wives up, get high, and drive under the influence. Right?

Is Michael Sam a marketing ploy for the Dallas Cowboys?

ESPN had a very interesting piece about the possibility that the Dallas Cowboys signed on Michael Sam, the NFL's first openly gay player, as way to market the team's brand and to keep its name in the news.

Though some football heads are whining about how Sam is always in the news, though in reality he's only been on 6% of all the sports articles written this current year, I can see how this could work.

The team's owner, Jerry Jones, is one clever wise guy and marketing guru whose business plan seems to be to keep winning as many games as possible while at the same time keeping the team's name in the news, with whatever news as long as its eye-catching. Signing an openly gay player to the team, even the practice squad, is no doubt going to turn some heads and most likely bring in new fans (gay and pro-gay ones) which translates to bigger jersey and merchandise sales.

ESPN opines:

Remember, Jerry is a marketing genius who believes every word written or spoken about the Cowboys, positively or negatively, is good for business.  

Jerry's approach is among the reasons the Cowboys have one of the world's most recognizable logos.  

See, to Jerry, a player who keeps the Cowboys in the headlines is as important as a player who helps them win. A player who can do both is invaluable. 

Maybe, the Cowboys' perspective has changed because the defense has the potential to be the worst statistical unit in NFL history. Then again, he could be joining the Cowboys' practice squad because it'll help Jerry sell even more Cowboys' jerseys than he does now.  

After all, Sam's jersey has been among the highest-sellers since the Rams took him in the seventh round. 

The above seems reasonable to me and it goes to show to all the football heads out there that NO, sometimes teams do not make football exclusive decisions only. Sometimes they make political, personal, and in this case, business decisions.

Why I cover the Michael Sam saga

Recently I been asked why I'm covering the Michael Sam saga as he pursues to get a career in the NFL being that, as stated in a previous post, I find pro-football to be like having a grown man childishly play in a McDonald's play pin (I been called a "football-phobe"). Yes, such harsh but yet truthful words. Truthful in the sense that is my honest opinion, one of many homos out there who are watching this drama unfold.

The thing is I cover are things that interest me and this story interests me. I personally don't like football but I do like Sam. He sounds smart, he's honest, he is without a criminal record unlike many in the NFL, he's attractive and yes he's big homo like me. Hence, I hope you all understand why this story might arouse my interest.

Many football heads get annoyed with every article or post on Sam. Well get over it. Sam is an interesting fellow, and to a lot of people it is very exciting to see an openly gay football player make it to the NFL. And that's understandable.

Football is one of those things that can easily pass over my head. The typical drama faced by many teams has been for a long time typical, and typical is not for me the least bit interesting. The Sam story is not at all typical. And just like a grown man who, yes, plays in a McDonald's play pin we can all laugh about it and find it silly (or disturbing depending who you ask) it is no doubt eye catching and not so typical and we are going to talk about it (at least I am). So when a gay man does it, not only is it funny and silly but also uniquely different and interesting once you add the gay layer to it.

And lastly, I cover many other things that other gays do that I find interesting but yet consider such things to be well, silly and childish. But I still cover them nonetheless.

Lets face it, when was the last time a openly gay man tried to join the NFL and actually did?

“Obama, your foreign policy of intervention in Iraq was supposed to be for the preservation of American lives and interests. So why is it that I am having to pay the price of your interference with my life? Am I not an American citizen?”

Mr. Beatle then proceeds to hack Sotloff's head off like a deranged butcher turned madman.

US officials are still working to confirm the video as being real. Sotloff's family is not speaking right now and their spokesman says that they are grieving privately.

This religious holy war continues in the name of so-called "god" via torture and murder.

American conservatives fail to realize how similar their religious Jihad is to that of ISIS. The only slight difference is that one follows Mohamed while the other follows Jesus, two men from the same region pretending to represent the "will of God." American Christian Conservatives aka teabaggers, are engaging in holy Jihad against the Muslims through proxies like Israel. Teabaggers of America relate to the ones in Iraq in several ways:

• both share the same amount of zealous religiosity
• Christian teabaggers kill in the name of their religion by murdering abortion doctors and bombing women's health clinics, Islamist teabaggers bomb buses in the name of God as well
• both have a fascination with high power weapons
• both worship male heterosexual authoritarianism
• both claim to be divinely inspired by God or Allah, or that Jesus/Mohamed talked to them 
• both use ancient "holy" texts to justify their behavior
• both have an aversion to homosexuality and have a hatred of women
• both believe that a women's sole role is to have babies
• both believe that the other and gentiles/non-believers will burn in hell fire
• both have vague suspicions about Jews
• both claim that the other seeks to kill them thus the need to engage in holy war
• both have an affinity to theocracy and believe that secular should only reflect clerical teachings
• both have animus to science being that it deflates their delusional and supernatural claims and beliefs
• both give credence to conspiracy theories that have already been proven false (ie the New World Order, Illuminati etc)
• both believe in and justify state sanctioned capital punishment

To end this Holy War one must be able to question the validity of stupid nonsensical beliefs that leads to it.

Conservative activist Judge upholds Louisiana's gay marriage ban

Going against the legal tide that has now established a very good legal precedent with regard to the right to marry, an activist federal judge by the name of Martin Feldman felt the urge to go against that precedent and all other law that clearly establishes the right to marry and declared Louisiana's ban on gay marriage constitutional, fine and dandy ya'll!

The country critter pretending to be a judge says that the people of Louisiana have a right to vote in anything they want (that upholds the conservative agenda of course, do you think this judge will uphold a voter approved ban on school prayer?). He also states that the state has a clear interest in banning gay marriage (yup pussy meets dick and out pops a baby therefore no gay marriage argument!):

This Court is persuaded that Louisiana has a legitimate interest…whether obsolete in the opinion of some, or not, in the opinion of others…in linking children to an intact family formed by their two biological parents, as specifically underscored by Justice Kennedy in Windsor.

Uh, no. Kennedy also said other things in that case regarding gay marriage itself in that there is no government interest (at least at the federal level) to only recognize traditional marriage and hence the Defense of Marriage Act by Congress was ruled unconstitutional. He also stated that as much as marriage is important to breeding heterosexuals it is also important to other Americans who cannot or will not breed.

In any case we are to expect these rogue court rulings since we have gay marriage lawsuits in all the states that gay marriage is banned, so it is a given that you will have a few handful of rulings like this from district and appeals courts.

UPDATE: Michael Sam officially signs with the Cowboys, joins practice squad

UPDATE: Michael Sam has now officially signed with the Dallas Cowboys and will join the team's practice squad.

Football heads are now saying that this will be a great opportunity for Sam to work his way up and join the team's 53 member roster as a regular player.

Sam was cut from the Rams because the team was jammed pack with defensive ends already and he couldn't be as good or better than them.

But it now appears that Sam has found a home with the Dallas Cowboys and we'll see what the future holds for him.

ORIGINAL POST: USA TODAY sports is reporting that Michael Sam is going to actually have a career in the NFL by joining the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad. 

Michael Sam, the first openly gay football player drafted by the NFL, was dumped by the St Louis Rams and was not included into its practice brigade. All other teams basically passed on Sam with the claim that his gayness will lead to unwanted "media distractions" (aka no homos please). 

According to the source with the inside scoop Sam is at the Cowboys facilities taking a physical and is poised to join the team's 10 member practice squad for the season.

Some say that being in the practice squad can lead to a player becoming part of a roster if he's good enough. 

Still I am not holding my breath, read this to know why.

The question still begs to be asked: 1) How did Perez obtain Jennifer Lawrence's naked pics and 2) Why do naked pics of her exist?... Well, we'll leave it up for the gods to answer that.

For me it is simple: there is no right to privacy in this modern world, like it or not, we do not live in caves anymore but we are now instead hot-wired (and boy was she) to each other in this electronic age. So if you don't want naked pics of your tits and ass being shown around the internets then don't take any, unless such pics were taken without your consent, and of course that is another story.

But still Perez Hilton has apologized for publishing pics showing Lawrence's hot cooch, and I think that is for the best. I doubt it is ever a good idea to be a part of something that is meant to degrade another person in such a fashion, even if they decide to take hot pics of themselves in the nude while stroking their cat named Skittles.

Perez published the nude images, believed to have been stolen or hacked from the Oscar-winning actress’s iCloud, on his site shortly after they surfaced online on Sunday. 

He subsequently took down the photos after a barrage of criticism, with some going as far as to call Perez a ‘sex offender’ and ‘a rapist’ for posting the images. 

Lawrence, 24, had called the leaking of the images a ‘flagrant violation of privacy’ in a statement from her spokesperson, while adding that anyone who posted the stolen images ‘would be prosecuted’.

• his version of the Constitution is the one that counts

After being beaten up by Christian conservative family, young gay man gets $90k in help

A viral video on the YouTubes is making its rounds showing a very "loving" Christian Jihadist teabagger family "lovingly" disagreeing with their child's "lifestyle choice" by verbally and physically abusing him.

Daniel Pierce from Georgia was confronted by his stepmother and dad after already coming out to them as gay a few months ago. The confrontation was supposed to be an A&E style intervention and wanted Daniel to "pray the gay away." Unaware to the teabagger Jihadists, Daniel was recording the entire spectacle on his phone.

And after a brief altercation they have decided to disown their gay son for refusing to subject to their teabagger conservative desires of him pounding women's pussy and going through already discredited "ex-gay" quack "therapy."

Sorry Ma' and Pa' but this here boy will be sucking the old pipe for a long time. And no amount of teabagger Christian hocus-pocus magical prayers would ever make him want to "switch." So get over it. Get a life. But again, we are dealing with delusional people who believe that this is not a physiological and/or psychological issue that is ingrained in most gay people's heads and is therefore not a choice but rather a battle between Jesus and Satan and his demons who are entering men's anuses and making them gay in order to instill the new world order and bring about Armageddon that will end in the restoration of Jesus' "Kingdom" for a thousand years after the Jews enter Jerusalem (yup this is what conservative Christians actually believe).

So when we see these country critters behave like wild beasts it is because they think that they have God on their side and are possessed by the supernatural belief that this is all a holy war for the survival of one's soul. Thus they refuse to live in reality and this is why many Tea Party Christian Jihadists have these cold blooded feelings even against their own children as they play out their imaginary Jihad in their mind at the expense of others who are in need of support (this sums up the conservative movement in a nutshell).

But as soon as this whole story got picked up nationwide, the gay community and others have been able to raise more than $90K for Daniel. Hopefully with that money he's able to find a home (and with the real estate market in Georgia he might be able to buy a house with the money). It is great to see many Americans pulling together to help someone in need and to show to the parents and other raging Jihadists out there that we in modern society reject your archaic delusional and supernatural principles that only serve to hurt and degrade others.

Today this young gay man is receiving support from strangers, the kind of support that he needed from this supposed Christian family but instead got an earful and fistful of teabagger rage.

In the end the joke is on this family. The gay son is out of that horrific home and is able to start anew with the helping hand of many others.

NJ man sues Grindr for hooking up with 13 y/o kid

Kids these days I tell ya. When I was thirteen I was a blooming little flower who has just lost his virginity, but it was more like boys will be boys for me and the guy that I did it with I known a while and was good friends with and we were both the same age. But a kid at that age meeting adult strangers on GRINDR? As the robot from the Disneyland ride Star Tours would say: "I got a bad feeling about this."

And so some kid went on GRINDR looking for cock and/or ass to plow and some dupe fell for this jail bait, got in trouble with the law and is now suing the hook up app:

William Saponaro Jr., of Cape May, N.J., faces criminal charges after meeting up with an under age boy. His lawsuit alleges he was invited to have sex with two other males on June 21, 2012, after they met each other on Grindr. But a week after the encounter, Saponaro found out that one of them was just 13. 

Saponaro was arrested and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He faces up to 20 year in prison, according to the newspaper. 

Saponaro filed a suit against Grindr on June 19 in Cape May County Superior Court. Nearly a month later, the company's lawyers removed the case to Camden, N.J., federal court. On August 8, Grindr officials moved to dismiss the case for "failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted," the New Jersey Law Journal writes.

Dude. Its fucking GRINDR. Expect the unexpected. Everybody on there almost all of the time lies about their age, height, weight and looks. When one is using these types of online services you have to be on alert and be careful not to get into this kind of trouble or your head chopped off and found behind a dumpster.

I doubt the guy would win the suit. I mean what horny homo would sit there read the entire terms and conditions that I would assume (yes I confess I haven't read them either) makes it clear that GRINDR is not financially responsible where you put your dick in.

And plus, why couldn't he tell the dude was really young. In most cases I can tell when a guy is pretty young that would at least merit some suspicion.
