Rachel Maddow exposes Christian Jihadists invading pro-abortion church

One would have thought that anti-abortionist terrorists were all about "religious freeeeeeeeeedom" and shit, well unsurprisingly the right wing fascist Christian Jihadists are not really for religious freedom if said church allows people who they disagree with to worship.

These fascist terrorists known for murdering abortion doctors and bombing abortion clinics are now attacking other religions and evading their churches. Rachel Maddow exposes how these women haters disrupted a New Orleans Universalist Unitarian church mass because they dared to welcome people that support the women's right to have an abortion, and so like the real Mussolini black shirts that they are invaded the church, harassed and intimidate them and even started yelling at little kids at the church's nursery.

So when you hear a right wing fascist proclaim "religious freedom" what they really mean is that their version of Christianity is the only acceptable freedom and anyone that goes against their Jihad will be subjected to extreme bullying, bombing and murder.

These terrorists need to be stopped.

Fourth Circuit court of appeals strikes down Virginia's gay marriage ban

“We recognize that same-sex marriage makes some people deeply uncomfortable,” said Circuit Judge Henry F. Floyd. “However, inertia and apprehension are not legitimate bases for denying same-sex couples due process and equal protection of the laws. Civil marriage is one of the cornerstones of our way of life.”
Not too shabby. In other words "we know that they there are bigots out there but they can go fuck themselves, they can take this ruling down their pipes and smoke it." That's what I would have said if I were on the court. Just because you are a bigot it doesn't mean that all of us have to be taken down that route with you. If you oppose gay marriage, that is your problem and we shouldn't compromise other people's equal rights due to some neurotic paranoia or irrational fear that you might have about the "evil homosexuals."

But one of those bigots did land a job as a circuit court judge and was able to write a petty excuse of a dissent:
“[the ruling] fails to take into account that the ‘marriage’ that has long been recognized by the Supreme Court as a fundamental right is distinct from the newly proposed relationship of a ‘same-sex marriage.’ ”
The dissenting judge's paranoia and irrational fear is quite visible as he, like other bigots, refuse to even acknowledge that gay marriage, and by proxy gay relationships, has even existed.

Now the attorney general for North Carolina took the wise step of raising the white flag and decided to not waste his time and resources on bullshit arguments that we all know are bound to be deflated in court:
"It's time to stop making arguments we will lose and instead move forward, knowing that the ultimate resolution will likely come from the United States Supreme Court," he said.
The Attorney General's Office has "vigorously defended" North Carolina's law, he said, adding that they have "made about every legal argument imaginable" to fend off lawsuits challenging its legality. Given Monday's ruling, however, he said North Carolina would acknowledge the court's opinion that marriage is a fundamental right.
"All federal courts have rejected these arguments each and every time, so it's time for the state of North Carolina to stop making them," he said. "There's really no argument left to be made."
But the attorney general of South Carolina has not gotten the memo and is instead refusing to back down. Its like watching a retard ram himself against a brick wall still believing he can tear right through it:
“Currently, South Carolina’s law remains intact and, of course, our office will continue to defend it,” said Mark Powell, a spokesman for S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson, a Republican who has fought to keep the ban. “Ultimately, this will be a decision for the U.S. Supreme Court. People should not rush to act or react until that time, when a decision is made by the highest court in the land.”
Meanwhile politicos have responded to the news of the ruling:

Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe:
"I am overjoyed by the news that, as a result of today’s ruling, Virginia will become a state where two people who love each other can get married regardless of their sexual orientation. This is a historic ruling for our Commonwealth, and its effect will affirm once again that Virginia is a state that is open and welcoming to all.
I want to thank Attorney General Mark Herring for his leadership in this case, and all of the men and women who fought for years to make this day a reality. Progress does not always come as quickly as we hope it will, but today is yet another example of how justice, equality and the people who fight for those values will always persevere in the end."
Sen. Mark Warner:
I am so happy that yet another federal court agrees that Virginia’s ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional,” Sen. Warner said. “Allowing people to marry who they love is the right thing to do, and it also strengthens our families and our communities. Virginia should be a welcoming place for all, and I am very pleased at the rapid progress toward marriage equality that we’re seeing in Virginia and around the country.
Sen. Tim Kaine:
Today’s decision is a victory for the Virginia value of equality. I campaigned against the ballot initiative banning same-sex marriage in 2006 and was very disappointed when it passed. I am gratified that the 4th Circuit Court has recognized that this discriminatory provision has no rightful place in the Virginia Constitution.
And as an interesting side note to this story, the appeals court even used fascist maniac Scalia's own rant in another gay rights case against him:
The appeals court cited Scalia’s dissent in the 2003 Lawrence v. Texas case, where he argued that striking down an anti-sodomy law would raise questions about laws based on moral choices, and argued that event ancient laws were not immune to attack.
“’Preserving the traditional institution of marriage’ is just a kinder way of describing the State’s moral disapproval of same-sex couples,” Floyd argued, quoting Scalia. “Preserving the historical and traditional status quo is therefore not a compelling interest that justifies the Virginia Marriage Laws.”

And so Obama signs that executive order that he promised to the gays

After five years of making a promise to do so Obama finally decided to sign an executive order that bans discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

Or as conservatives put it: mind control homosexual tyranny by the black panther Kenyan Muslim socialist Marxist negro that we have in the White House.

Of course our tax dollars should not be spent on promoting discrimination and hatred against the gay community, but the religious right are having a tough time (no shit) digesting the news in their little bigoted stomach:
The fact is that non-discrimination rules like the order issued by President Obama can become a weapon used to punish and harass individuals and groups who support marriage as the union of one man and one woman
That was the whinny and annoying screed from Charlie Brian Brown from the anti-gay hate group National Organization for Marriage. And why does he have to foam at the mouth at something that doesn't concern marriage? Well that's because his organization and many other like his are not about "traditional marriage" but about "god hates fags" which is their real motivation behind opposing anything that is faggity. NOM as a hate group opposes not just gay marriage, but even decriminalization of homosexuality, basically anything to makes us queers look like the big bad wolves (or bears for some of us).

And lets not forget about the little choir boy Toddy Starnes from Fox News:
"The Obama administration seems hell-bent on forcing Christians to assimilate to the militant LGBT agenda. Resistance is futile."
Oh dear. The sheer fear-mongering and paranoia couldn't get any worse.

Who the fuck is Starnes calling "militant?" Gay people who don't want to get discriminated against by a zealous bible-thumping boss? Let's get serious: it is his nutjob right wing Christian jihadists that want a special privilege (vis a vis a religious exemption) to impose and proselytize their religious beliefs on others or else! Imagine if a gay employer tells a right winger applying for a job that he couldn't be employed because he watches Fox News and is against gay marriage.

But remember when Mozilla CEO was "forced" resign after the company's crew basically declared mutiny against him for financially supporting the ban on gay marriage in California? What happened then? You bet... Todd Starnes and his fellow church choir boys went into a screed, even saying that it was "discrimination" against a Christian. But it wasn't because they actually felt a sense of being discriminated for their religious beliefs that made them fart out of their mouths, it was the fact that the Mozilla CEO couldn't "convert" all those evil homosexuals at the company to his view and side of things. This is the same bunch of people who want nothing more than to at least try to make all gays either become straight and lust over pussy, or go back into the closet. Their crying and moaning wasn't over a percieved injustice but over the fact that gays did not submit to them and become pussy loving heterosexuals with a homoerotic love for Jesus as God intended. In other words these adherents to the "militant Christianist agenda" are "hell-bent on forcing gays to assimilate" to the heterosexual norm.

Resistance is futile indeed, Toddy Starnes.

Teabagger faucet company is monitoring employee's time in the shitter

One of the many "job creators" in the country, Water Saver Faucet Company, which manufactures water faucets and fixtures, has taken its namesake seriously in trying to "save water" (more like trying to save some few bucks) by monitoring its employees every time they go to use the potty:
The Chicago company installed a new system that monitors bathroom breaks and penalizes employees who spend more than six minutes a day in the washroom outside their normal breaks.
"The HR woman literally goes through every person's bathroom use and either hands out a reward or discipline," said Nick Kreitman, an attorney for Teamsters Local 743, which represents 80 workers at the plant, which coincidentally manufactures taps and other sink fixtures. Employees who don't use extra breaks get a dollar a day while others who exceed more than one hour in a 10-day period will get a warning, which can lead to termination, he said.
In December, the union-represented employees had to start swiping their badges to gain access to the washrooms. By March, 19 were disciplined for excessive use, Kreitman said.
The slave masters also published a list of rules posted in said bathrooms to further humiliate these employees informing them of proper shit protocol like "place all toilet paper in the toilet and make sure that the toilet is completely flushed."

The company is disputing the nature of the complaints by the surfs who work at their plant, but refuse to divulge details of their bathroom policy and whether or not they actually punish said surfs who take a few more minutes wiping the shit off of their bums.

The pettiness of the Koch Bros. clan is rearing its ugly head. It used to be that when you "gotta go you gotta go." You go to the toilet, take a shit, wipe your ass, wash your hands (hopefully), and go back to work. Eventually this stupid policy will lead to many employees not washing their hands in order to beat the six minute time limit and could lead to health issues at the plant. But eh, to the slave owners of this teabagger company these employees are mere surfs who can be easily replaced.

And it seems to me that these rules are also probably meant to intimidate the union (since the policy only applies to the union employees, not management) and to eventually blame it for the policy in the hopes of getting the surfs to go against the union instead.

Petty sweatshop owners are known for their fucked-up tactics in order to continue their relentless attack on unions and union busting all in the name of "freedom to work" (as in freedom to work for peanuts) because unions typically fight for better working conditions and better compensation.

But in this new era, the teabagger bourgeoisie seeks to rip and squeeze from the common worker at any cost as they take America down to their model of the cheap petty economy.

El Rushbo says women don't need birth control if they 'simply didn't do a certain thing'

The GOP mouthpiece reactionary blimp El Rushbo went on his radio show (with a dwindling audience now these days) and said this about women who need (as a real medical necessity) birth control pills and what they actually need to do:

Fascist, racist Arizona republican who called poor people 'lazy pigs' refuses to resign

Here's more proof that the hell on earth state of Arizona is a bastion for republican racist fascists.

Federal Judge strikes down Kentucky's ban on gay marriage

Although the Christian Taliban was able to pull a win yesterday at the Supreme Court with the Hobby Lobby case, they are still not able to win one lawsuit in defending bans against gay marriage, meaning that their homophobic bullshit holds no water when poked and prodded by an impartial jurist.

Case in point, Kentucky:
