National Review calls gay marriage 'lawlessness'

The teabagger site National Review is blasting the recent ruling striking down Oregon's gay marriage ban as 'lawlessness' because state officials have refused to defend the unconstitutional law in court.

Meanwhile outside the tea-bubble of nuttyness the facts are that courts do in fact on many occasions strike down ballot initiatives that are found to be unconstitutional regardless if that's "what the people want." And since National Review is infested with quacky reactionary conservative tea-Catholics who hate and bash fags we would wonder if they were to call a federal court decision in the early 20th century to strike down an Oregon ban on parochial schools (aka Catholic Schools) that was very popular and supported by the voters (and the KKK) as "lawlessness." Or is it when "intrinsically evil and disordered" homosexuals (per the Catholic Catechism) achieve the same kind of judicial relief that we can rightfully label such acts as "lawlessness."

Nevermind the fact that until this decision today Oregon state officials have not issued one single marriage license to gay couples, in other words they were actually enforcing a law that is on its face unconstitutional. But that is not enough for these same right wing hypocrites who nevertheless under the same breath label bigot Mormon racist rancher and welfare queen Cliven Bundy as their "hero" for breaking the law (hence actually engaging in lawlessness).

Federal Judge strikes down Oregon gay marriage ban

Sniff. Ahhh, smell that? Its the smell of victory.

A federal judge in Oregon has struck down the state's ban on gay marriage. Gay couples have been lining up since 5 AM for the chance to be among the first to get gay hitched today. Such a ruling means that these gay couples can get legally married right away Las Vegas style.

This is likely to be permanent as the state is refusing to defend the ban in court and is not going to appeal. Though the fat asses at NOM did try to intervene and even asked the appeals court the issue a stay on the ruling, the 9th circuit rightfully told them to go fuck themselves.

These last couple of weeks have been bad for the anti-gay tea-publican Christian Taliban. Michael Sam came drafted and licked his boyfriend like a frozen pop, Arkansas got to see gay weddings as well and Idaho's gay marriage ban got chopped up in federal court.

I like the fact that even though the right wing ditto heads are indeed losing, they are losing in a slowly torturous painful way. Its like death by a thousand cuts, which to me is only icing on the cake as I watch these hacks squirm and pee in their knickers.

Stop comparing Michael Sam to Tim Tebow

Michael Sam is a black, gay linebacker and Tim Tebow was a white, heterosexual, bible-thumping quarterback. It is basically night and day. The teabaggers are now making the comparison in order to score political points in the "woe is me the discriminator" game.

And for the most part, I have nothing bad to say about Tim Tebow as he was not a typical "negative" bible-thumper who went after gays and women's uteruses. In fact I remember that Tebow even cancelled a scheduled appearance at a church that was soon exposed as being rabidly anti-gay. I do kind of feel sorry for the guy because, like Sam, he really wanted to succeed in football and couldn't. He just wasn't NFL material. And what the teabaggers who are fag-bashing Michael Sam need to understand is that Sam first needs to tryout and we will see if he's good enough. Until then save your man-crush infused Tebow comparisons.

"Poor Me" stupid bigot Amy Kushnir thinks its her "freedom of speech" to censor Michael Sam

Here we have a stupid airhead bigot by the name of Amy Kushnir who hosts a Dallas TX morning show that for the most part nobody watches but now has garnered national attention after she walks off the set because Michael Sam dared to kiss his boyfriend on national TV.

She is joined by grandma in condemning those of us who believe that Sam had every right to express himself by ironically saying that those who want to censor gays on national TV are having their "free speech" infringed upon. You see when gay people express ourselves all of sudden somebody's throat gets stretched by our "lifestyle." It is our fault that bigots like Kushnir have a problem with homosexuality.

The pissing competition ramps up as Kushnir tells Faux Noise that she has been the victim of threats and verbal abuse (nevermind that Sam has indeed received numerous death threats already). Wait a minute... Whatever happened to free speech? You know, I thought people are allowed to say whatever they want without any regard to the consequences or the possibility of offending others.

This is again typical double-speak fascist behavior. Stupid pot-head drug user tweaker Ole Miss basketball player bashes Michael Sam

Unfortunately for him, when Michael Sam ate his boyfriends face on ESPN after being drafted for the St Louis Rams, Mr. Henderson could not control his impulses, and after smoking a few joints and some meth he burped out this on Twitter:

Teabagger in Chief "congressman" Louie Gohmert thinks that if you support gay rights you are nothing but a fascist Nazi brown shirt. Here's what the dumbfuck said from the house floor:

The Nazis were also infamous book burners, of the many books that they burned were ones that studied homosexuality which were specifically targeted under the guise that they were "communist Jewry propaganda." The Nazis were also huge union busters and banned all trade unions. Another thing that fascists share in common is their hatred for women and their desire to control every aspect of their lives. The Nazis also were huge defenders of the German oligarchs and the wealthy by refusing to tax them among other perks, in fact Hitler himself was a tax evader. Nazis were also notorious for cutting public entitlements and deregulating markets. And one last detail I want to mention: right wing fascists like the Nazis love playing the victim (like being victimized by gays) all the time either by claiming that they were "betrayed" (which started World War II) or even by attacking themselves (the burning of Reichstag) and blaming their enemies which then leads to a false impression that war is now necessary (Iraq).

I'm not sure about you, but the above more than anything describes the current teabagger/conservative movement, not law abiding, tax paying, patriotic American gays who all we want is to be treated equally under the law and with respect.

Which way is it teabaggers? When Sam came into our gaydar all of you declared that you "don't care" about his "personal life choices" blah blah. But now that he's drafted. Now that ESPN eavesdropped on him kissing his white twink boyfriend after being drafted into your precious "macho" NFL club all of sudden you now care. 

Do teabaggers know that gay guys often kiss their boyfriends? Are they that ignorant and naive? Maybe. Or maybe they are just a bunch of fascist hypocritical homophobic bigots?

And lastly, do they know that Matt Drudge is also a homo-queen who also likes big black cock? Do they know that he hit up the West Hollywood scene and got to kiss many guys?

Oh, Michael Sam got drafted by the St. Louis Rams after all

After much speculation Michael Sam finally got drafted by St. Louis Rams today at the NFL draft. He was pick number 249 and was selected in the 7th round.

I don't know much about the NFL jargon. Let's just say that at least something big and important has happened here. I mean we are talking about the NFL. I don't care about how good of a player he is, he's height, his numbers; all that matters is that he is good enough for one NFL team.

I'm not much of a football guy, I don't care at all for the sport. But today is another major event that will be looked at in history as a big moment for the gay community and most importantly for a lot of gay youth, especially gay football players.

Maybe politics was involved in his selection. But does that really matter now? Many decisions that the NFL and other enterprises make are indeed political. However, lets not forget that it was straight football coaches, analysts, scouts, NFL officials, executives, fans, football muscle heads that hyped up Sam and made him a relevant football player, not just because he's a homo, but he, according to them, is a damn good football player all-American son of a gun. And maybe that was the only reason why he was drafted and not because he's a gay so as to cash in on that aspect. But I doubt the republican conservative teabagger bigots will see it that way. I mean come on: BENGHAZI!

NFL would rather draft a flake and a drug user than a gay football player

Heterosexual testosterone is in the air as it must be NFL Draft season, and what better way to celebrate then with a little bit of hypocrisy sprinkled with homophobia on top?

Unfortunately for the NFL they now have to deal with a pesky homo football player Michael Sam who is doing something unthinkable: trying to join their precious little club. How dare he!!!

Did you know that we fags are actually just a "media circus" distraction to the NFL? That's according to some NFL officials, scouts and fans. So, NO HOMO!
