Sony caves: 'No further release plans' for 'The Interview'

After being attacked by hackers who are now suspected of working for North Korea, and after receiving threats of pending attacks against movie theaters and movie-goers, Sony Pictures has decided to cave to the threats and has cancelled the release of Seth Rogen's 'The Interview' which is a comedy about an assassination attempt against North Korea's dictator Kim Jong Un:
Sony Pictures Entertainment has walked out on “The Interview,” deciding against releasing the Seth Rogen-James Franco comedy in any form — including VOD or DVD.
“Sony Pictures has no further release plans for the film,” a spokesman said Wednesday.
The studio issued the statement a few hours after pulling the planned Christmas Day release of “The Interview” in response to the hackers who threatened movie theaters and moviegoers if the comedy were released.
The move could open the door for Sony to sell the rights to a rival distributor — though Hollywood is still reeling from Tuesday’s invocation of a possible 9/11-type terrorist attack on exhibitors who screened “The Interview.”
On Wednesday, several published reports said that federal authorities had determined that hackers working on behalf of the North Korean government were behind the hack attack. CNN’s Evan Perez said that an announcement is expected on Thursday that would “assign attribution” to the country.
It’s also unclear if Sony’s declaration of “no further release plans” applies to international distribution. “The Interview” has been scheduled for release in foreign markets starting in late January.
In other words, the hackers win. Too bad Team America.

London restaurant reminds lesbian couple that this here is a 'family restaurant'

In the latest pro... I mean regressive news coming out of merry ole' progressive England, like how fag basing hate crimes are skyrocketing, we have a London restaurant telling a lesbian couple to stop being so gay in front of other customers because it might make them uncomfortable. They were also reminded that the fine establishment is a family restaurant (code word for no fags or dykes allowed) and that their public display of affection, unlike that of heteros, is contrary to that of a family environment. Because we all know that breeders are the only ones that can have family members right?
Lydia Cawson today told London Live of her shock after being asked by a member of staff at Canteen at the Royal Festival Hall to move away from her partner.
The 29-year-old was comforting her partner after a stressful week in which she had moved house. Ms Cawson told Headline London she consoled her partner by putting her arm around her shoulder and a “peck on the lips”.
The pair were then approached by a member of staff who asked them to move away from one another during the incident on Thursday evening, Ms Cawson said.
She told London Live: "I didn't notice any adverse reaction in the restaurant, myself. Then the lady came over to us and said 'can you stop what you're doing please, this is a family restaurant'."
To save face the restaurant in question sent out a statement that they are pro-gay and that half of their staff is of a homosexual nature. Hopefully half the staff know that too. And one has to wonder, how does the restaurant know that half of their staff is gay? Is it less or more than half? Did they take a survey of all the employees, or maybe employees took a special kind of interview when they applied for a job there? Weird. The proper way of saying something like that would be: "and we even have gay people on our staff." Proclaiming that half of their staff is gay is just fucking pathetic and more like an exaggerated response to a very specific concern (the lesbian couple being treated like crap).

The restaurant also reportedly investigated the incident and said that they would have asked all other couples to do the same (as in don't show very mild forms of affection) regardless of sexual orientation. Valentines Day dinner must be very interesting at this place if couples are not allowed to even touch each other while enjoying their sweet pea soup or the traditional English favorite plate of faggots.
In a statement the restaurant said: ‘Everyone is welcome at Canteen, whether gay/straight/old/young regardless of sexuality.
‘We are horrified at the thought of being labelled anti-gay – half of our team are gay.
‘We take any such claims incredibly seriously and we have investigated this incident in depth. In this case members of the team made a reluctant decision because they considered that the behaviour of the two people (rather than who the people were) might make others in the restaurant feel uncomfortable.
‘This would have been the same whether it was two women, two men or a man and a woman. At Canteen, we pride ourselves on being a modern, equal opportunities, open and accessible business; we want everyone to feel welcome in our restaurants and we are sad and very sorry if Ms Cawson and her partner felt otherwise.’

Four Denver cops hit by speeding car during Ferguson protest...

Denver police officer hit by automobileA group of local high school students in Denver decided to hold a protest rally over the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson MO.

Expecting only a few people to show up, the protest rally immediately swelled to hundreds of marchers and students walked out of school during the march.

The march then turned awry when a speeding vehicle rammed four police officers on bikes leaving one of them in serious condition needing surgery at a local hospital.

The driver of the car reportedly had a medical crisis while operating the vehicle.
The officers were struck as they monitored the students, in plain view of dozens of students and bystanders who watched in horror as the officers were ran down by the black Mercedes, one who was dragged under the black sedan for dozens of yards.
"He was just lying there," Taylor Ellison, a sophomore at the high school, said of one injured officers. "His pants were ripped. He wasn't moving."
Witnesses say the Mercedes — driven by a man in his late 40s — accelerated west through the intersection of Colfax Avenue and High Street into the officers and a group of pedestrians before slamming into an SUV in a Taco Bell parking lot nearby where it came to rest.
Already we have seen calls for violence and death threats against officer Darren Wilson.

Not a good day for these protesters. This whole Ferguson thing is beginning to look like less about justice and more about a vicious vendetta against all uniformed police officers.

LOOK: Michael Brown supporters love calling officer Darren Wilson a "faggot..."

So much for "justice."

I been trying to recollect my thoughts on the Ferguson problem and have been weighing both sides of the issue. But I am getting the feeling that though it is fine to criticize and demonize the police and law enforcement the other side is demanding to be immune from being put under the same microscope. I had a few things to say about officer Darren Wilson supporters and their hypocrisy and pseudo racism. But that doesn't mean I fell for the Michael Brown bandwagon. Far from it. I think the behavior of both sides merit proper criticism and rejection.

We can and should condemn Michael Brown's own irrational psychopathic behavior that lead to his own demise. We can and should condemn the looting, the rioting, the attacks on law enforcement, and the burning of buildings. But most of all, we should condemn hypocrisy.

When Ferguson hit the national news circle jerking coverage, Ferguson became a word for "justice" and for the protection of, and the respect for, minority rights. Such a call is very titillating that even gay groups were duped into the "Hands Up! Don't Shoot" meme, because after all it is a rewarding and just cause right? I mean, we are lead to believe that Michael Brown supporters genuinely care for minority rights and sensibilities.

I'm not the PC police here, and I for one am not interested in it either way. I don't care much for minority sensibilities instead I care much more about reality and my comedic approach to the fall of man. I also believe that people should be free to say whatever garbage they want to spew in the open for all to see, much like what I do, without fear or holding back. But I do not sit here pretending that we must respect minority sensibilities (i.e. demanding law enforcement be trained on how to interact with the black community) and try to make minority sensibilities a thing while at the same time violating the sensibilities of others. That is hypocrisy. Fuck that.

So let me show you an example of this hypocrisy. Here we have Michael Brown supporters, the minority sensibilities brigade, calling Ferguson (now former) Police officer Darren Wilson a faggot. The word faggot for me has its own exotic meaning, but it is still technically for the sensibilities brigade, an anti-gay slur. As a homo myself I think it depends on context. But for the sensibilities brigade it is never appropriate to use it, ever. Unless, of course, you are Michael Brown supporters.

Gay 'conservative' millennial plays footsie with Glenn Beck's The Blaze

On the reactionary supposed "news" website The Blaze that is famous for spinning conservative bullshit as real news they had an op-ed piece by a straight conservative teeny touting his new gay bff he met on the Twitters.

It's not just any ole fag, he's a "gay conservative." And the "gay conservative" wants to tell the world how it is to be one of humanity's most complex, exotic, yet most conflicted aberration known in recent history ever since the Jewish Nazis and the Black KKK members - that of the "gay conservative."

He went on to tell me why he decided to become conservative, making some very interesting and crucial points.
“I am a conservative because I care more about the economy and our nation’s security more than I do the government recognizing my relationship with someone. Yes, my relationship with someone is important, but it is just one part of me. A big part, but none of it matters if my bank account is empty, I have no job, our borders aren’t secure and our nation isn’t respected around the world. To vote solely on that part of me just doesn’t make sense. I wish gays would try to make up their minds for themselves…. Republicans line up with my thinking more.”
It is interesting that with gays we are expected to push aside our whole humanity for everything else, and it is weird and bizarre that a homo would be more interested in stopping Mexicans (maybe a future Mexican boyfriend?) from crossing the border than he is in securing his economic rights and whatever property rights he may build with his future hubby. And that is just the political side of things, what about his whole humanity? Does he even know that the conservative bowel movement says he's a sexual deviant possessed by demons and a sinner who needs to repent above all else because his soul, his being will be destroyed by the God man boss in the sky?

In right wing politics it is easy to find gays who would ignore their own existence in order to support the privilege of the powerful. This notion by the right wing neo-fascists to exclude gay identity is just another form of fag bashing. We would never expect to have a black voter just simply support an avowed racist like Cliven Bundy because he agrees with him on everything else except the "negro issue." And ironically the same goes to the anti-gay bigots of the conservative bowel movement. Conservative hacks always rant that they will never, and that is never, relent on any one issue including gay marriage. Hence you see a staunch conservative like Sen. Rob Portman, who falls in line with all of the republican/conservative teabagger fascist programs except that of opposing gay marriage. And because these conservatives "disagree" with Portman on gay marriage (but agree with him on everything else) he must be tossed out but yet a homo must relent on the gay issue in order to join the conservative bandwagon.

Sorry, but I am not buying this whole "gay conservative" nonsense. Fuck that.

Conservatism, as it is currently, demands a reinstatement of past social values and the status quo of hetero-supremacy. White, Christian, heterosexual, old, mostly male block of our country is reacting to the changes of demographics and they would rather eat shit than let that demographic change to the point that society no longer recognizes their special status on top of the food chain and conservatism enables them to retain that power. If I can sum up conservatism I think I just did.

And gay is a threat to that conservative world view, or at least the acceptance of homosexuality as normal. Conservatives have reminded us several times already that there is nothing "conservative about homosexuality" which is one of the reasons they have kicked so-called gay conservatives out of their conservative functions like C-PAC in the last recent years.

To the "gay conservative" I would say I don't believe you, and you are not a conservative by any stretch of the imagination. You have accepted your homosexuality as natural, which it is. But that is a big no-no in the conservative bowel movement. And I don't think you hate yourself, it appears to me that you are gay person that is in need of attention. Well you go it. Congrats. You should pat yourself in the back for helping a movement that cannot get over its gay suspicion and mistrust (ah see I didn't just label the conservative bowel movement as homophobic). And like Chris Christie (I bet he's one of your heroes huh?) so eloquently said: "Sit down and shut up!"

An exclusive look inside Los Angeles Men's Central Jail's gay wing

Another inmate of the gay wing at Men's Central Jail struts her stuff. - PHOTO BY ANI UCARThe LA Weekly has done an interesting spread about a special wing in LA county's Men's Central Jail reserved for gays, homos, queens, down low bros, transgenders, and heteroflexibles. This wing is made available as a safe haven for the LGBT community away from the violence and rape they may face in the general population. A funny bit is that the jail actually has a jailer that "screens" those inmates who claim they are gay or transgender who asks them about gay bars and how much the cover charge is in order to avoid straight guys who want to get in to the gay wing to escape the gangs or are looking for an easy blow job.

Check it out, looks like a party in there. It is way different from the old days when they used to take us on field trips to the local jail to "scare us straight" (no pun intended).

More Hetero Pandemonium: two University of Tennessee football players accused of raping women

AJ Johnson (Source: UT Football)Michael Williams (Source: UT Football)

As we all know the NFL is having a felon problem as many players are getting into a nasty habit of beating up women and children. But it now appears that the NFL is not alone - two college football players have been accused of rape:
Two University of Tennessee students and football players are suspected in a rape and sexual assault case, though one of the victims refuses to prosecute.
A.J. Johnson and Michael Williams are suspended from all team related activities. These are the same players a source tells WATE 6 On Your Side were being investigated for rape allegations.
They shouldn't worry. They are heterosexuals and hence they can and will have prosperous careers as felons in the NFL, not like that Michael Sam, that distracting, cake kissing homo! Get that fag out of there!

Convicted fraudster, church going maniac says he was 'delivered' from the gay yo!

A video has been making its rounds on the internets and youtubes of a young church-going maniac with a funny bow tie claiming that he was 'gay no more' and that he is now digging into pussy as he likes "Women! Women! Women! Women!" That's right ladies, this handsome homo homie is now available to rock your world:

Hallelujah! Oh lawdy! Lets hear that again sonny boy!

Although I would advise the ladies before they line up that his rap sheet is not that 'Christian':

gay-no-more-caldwell-mug-shot

It appears although he has been delivered from his evil homosexual demons, he hasn't yet gone up to the altar and ask for deliverance from the lucrative lifestyle choice of insurance fraud.

But all is well, according to the reactionary church where this 'deliverance' circus show was staged they meant not to hurt anybody's feelings (uh but what about hurting your reputation as a ... well nevermind), and put out a statement:
"A video, which is now viral, of a young man stating his deliverance from a particular lifestyle does not, in any capacity, speak to all of the remarkable things that transpired during this great church convention. We believe that we should reflect the love and compassion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in all that we do. We do not in any way compromise our biblical position against same sex unions or in favor of biblical teaching on matters of sexual conduct.
At the same time we expect that our clergy and laity will be civil and considerate as they speak to men and women regarding issues related to our Christian faith. We love all people, regardless of their faith or moral standards. When we fail to express ourselves with love and humility we contradict our witness to the world. Furthermore, the Church of God in Christ wholly condemns acts of violence against and the subjugation of any person to verbal or physical harassment on the basis of their sexual stance. Such actions violate entirely the Christian’s obligation to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.
The Church of God in Christ will have no further comment on this matter."

"his deliverance from a particular lifestyle does not" ... "We do not in any way compromise our biblical position against same sex unions" ... "biblical teaching on matters of sexual conduct." ... "speak to all of the remarkable things that transpired during this great church convention"... These phrases do rarely convey the message of a "loving" "Christian" and even "humble" church, and more of a church that is interested in fag bashing.

So this whole notion of "love the sinner hate the sin" is a laughable outright lie and is as believeable as having a convicted fraudster who lied to get insurance money claim, and we must take his word for it mind you, that he no longer sucks cock.

Entertaining maybe. Outrageous, fuck yeah. Funny, you bet on it. But for real? No way.

The deali-o on gay marriage: what fuck is going on?

As some of you already know, the Supreme Court of the United States has said "fuck you" to a few states who have appealed lower court rulings striking down bans on gay marriage. This means that in those five states - Utah, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Indiana - gays, bi's, bros and what have you can now legally marry people of the same sex in those states.

Sorry bigots, but your stupid retarded lame excuses in defending those bans did not hold water in court. And no, judges are not impressed with your theories of gay men secreting demons during sex either.

But the Supreme Court's "fuck you" has had a few effects on other states as well. Here's what's going on with gay marriage so far all across the good ole' USA:

  • Utah, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, Oklahoma, Indiana: Their appeals were given the "fuck you" by the Supreme court and lower court rulings allowing for homos, dykes, queers, lesbos, gays, bi's, bears, twinks, heteroflexibles, bros and brahs, the ability to marry each other in wedded bliss. So same-sex marriage is the "law of the land" motherfuckers regardless of any teabagger conservative heads exploding and spraying brain matter all over the place - their brain matter is meaningless to us (if they actually posses any such matter at all). However there are reports that are few counties in Indiana are being a bunch of dicks and still not issuing marriage licenses, from what I hear this will be fixed within the coming days.
  • Idaho: Gay potatoes are still not able to marry there. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has finally ruled that gay marriage bans in Idaho and Nevada are bullshit and have struck them down. However Justice Kennedy, a judge on the Supreme Court, is entertaining an appeal from the fuck-heads in Idaho and has placed a hold on gay marriages in the state. Fucking sucks, but we will see by the end of the week if this will be a more forever hold or not.
  • Nevada: Elvis Presley impersonators are practicing their lines as a cue of gay couples are waiting on their drive-thru windows of the so "lavish" Liberace-isk wedding chapels and the white tigers at Caesar's Palace are posing on their Facebook page for the Friday night gay wedding specials that would make any bear roar with excitement. But still, after several green lights, red lights, yes, noes and maybes, the Las Vegas marriage bureau is holding off on marrying homos until clearer direction from the state is given as there is mass confusion as to whether or not Justice Kennedy's order applies to Nevada (even though he already stated in a separate order that "no, this order does not cover Nevada bitches, gays can now get married by Elvis Presley, just make sure they tip him accordingly - don't be stingy now, you gays have all that extra income I keep reading about."). I suspect all of this would be fixed in the coming days or as early as tomorrow.
  • Alaska: A lawsuit is pending there and the judge has scheduled a hearing this week and it is likely he is going to say "fuck it" by the end of the week and apply the appeals court ruling (because appeals court ruling are superior to the puny ones given by district judges, even if this judge wanted to rule against gay marriage he cannot anymore). So gay Eskimos start planning that igloo wedding you been dreaming about!
  • Arizona: My current state of residence - Hell on Earth Arizona. Since people here are so slow and lazy we're not expecting a ruling until a few days out. Lawsuits are pending and I heard that a federal judge will now be applying the same appeals court ruling (because Hell on Earth is also part of the same appeals court) and will strike down the gay marriage ban here any time soon. It could be as early as tomorrow or the latest next week. Here in Hell on Earth Arizona we have a tendency to lose track of time. Heck there are people here (I'm not kidding now) that didn't even know that 1) gay marriage is banned 2) the supreme court has legalized gay marriage in more states.
  • Kansas: A state judge has told a county there to start marrying homos ASAP. So far as of the time of this post that county is still allowing gays to tie the knot. Yes, we're still in Kansas folks. And Yes, the teabaggers are still in office there fucking things up. Sorry Dorothy that Tornado was just a bad dream after eating all of those burritos for dinner. But last I heard that a scary bitchy witch is trying to stop gay marriages in the county and a stay by a higher court is likely. If you are gay and want to get gay married (cough - Dorothy) you will need to start up the Chevy and head on over to clerk's office before they shut er' down (or a tornado blows the office away).
  • Wyoming: A lawsuit is pending in state court and it appears that the judge is taking his sweet time. Don't expect anything here until at least a couple of weeks.
  • Missouri: State officials have decided not to appeal a court ruling mandating that they recognize gay marriages from other states. So if you are married somewhere else your gay marriage will be recognized by the state. The issue of marrying gays in the state is still pending.
  • Colorado: The Supreme Court of the state has ordered that all county clerks start marrying them gays. All counties are now marrying gays, even in South Park where I hear that Satan's wedding was super-fabulous!
  • South Carolina: A state judge has agreed to accept marriage applications from gay couples. However, some dicks from the state are now trying to stop him. So John McCain and Lindsay Graham should hold off from sampling wedding cakes until this is settled.
  • North Carolina: A federal judge is expected to apply an appeals court ruling legalizing gay marriage in the coming days, and the state's attorney general has given all the clerks a heads up to get ready for homo-nuptials.
  • West Virginia: A federal judge is also expected to rule in favor of gay marriage in the coming days.
All the other states have lawsuits pending and are awaiting review and rulings by their respective appeals court.

I will be following this story as it unfolds. Meanwhile start checking your inbox for those wedding invites.

Jon Stewart nails hypocritical airheads crying about Obama saluting with coffee

In the latest pantie twisting contest by the right wing idiots at Faux Noise we now have what has become known as #lattegate.

Oh my god! The president has saluted soldiers with coffee in his hand. Stop. The. Presses. The drama queens are now in full crisis mode over the unbelievable and unpatriotic act of holding coffee while saluting as they rage with their fake patriotism.

Remember folks, these are the same fuck twats who have been cutting funding to our veterans' healthcare, stopped paying necessary funds to military families whose loved ones have been killed in battle, and also have a habit of booing soldiers who happen to be gay. I dunno about you, but I think booing at soldiers is a little bit worse than holding coffee.

But Jon Stewart has a different more honest take on all this:

Papa Bear complains that we don't have a general Patton

Faux Noise's Bill O'Reilly is out peddling his new book about how great it is to war monger using a hyper-masculine image of WWII hero General Patton.

In an interview trying to peddle his garbage Papa Bear laments that we do not have a war monger type of general who would push Obama to a war with Syria:
Patton would want to just go in himself to do it. If George Patton were alive today, he would be saying to President Obama, ‘Give me the third, I’ll go into Syria and I’ll wipe them all out.’ And he would. That’s what he would absolutely do. We don’t have any Pattons today.
Papa Bear forgets that we already have the type of General he is jerking off to: General David Petreus. Petreus is pushing for an all out war with Syria, that was his main issue when he was campaigning for Mitt Romney. Petreus and Papa Bear represent a military fascist clique that is bent on fascist war-mongering on behalf of wall street and war financiers like Halliburton. Papa Bear also seems to forget General Patton fought against fascism in WWII, and in particular Italian fascism in the Northern African theater.

Papa Bear may want Patton but the real question should be: does General Patton, who actually went to the battle field and killed the enemy himself even, want some pansy schmuck chicken hawk like Papa Bear who is willing to sacrifice other people's children in a meaningless war? I doubt it.

Here's the video of the interview:

Is the NFL beginning to show some cracks?

We've been told several times already that the National Felons League is a very "important cultural iconic institution' in America. But at what price do we continue to pay for that kind of talk that is only suitable for delusional mental patients? Do we have to accept, venerate, and tolerate the Felons' continuing misogyny, child-hating, women-beating, hyper-masculine, brain damaging, homophobic attitudes against the people of this country?

No. The NFL is beginning to crack and I would go further by saying that the NFL is already damaged goods.

USA Today had a very good piece on the already damaged "iconic" image of the NFL and football in general:
"We're beginning to see cracks in the shield," said Jason Maloni, who specializes in crisis communications at Levick, a public relations firm in Washington, D.C. "They may be faint cracks, but they deserve a great deal of attention, because faint cracks always become larger cracks."
"Athletes have been crossing the line for many, many years," Maloni said. "What's new is the echo chamber (of social media). What's new is visceral pictures and videos on the Internet. I imagine a player of Adrian Peterson's stature might have gotten him a pass (from the league) before, but the pictures of his child's injuries make it a lot more vivid for everybody."
But experts say the league's popularity could wane if it doesn't make changes in response to the crises, not only in handling misconduct but also player safety and concussions.
Adding to the bonfire, court documents released last week showed the NFL itself estimated nearly one-third of former players would suffer from neurocognitive problems stemming from brain damage.
Such knowledge could have a profound effect on whether parents allow their children to play or watch football, impacting the game's future popularity.
"When you know the likelihood of those kinds of injuries, it makes you step back," said Ann Bastianelli, senior lecturer of marketing at Indiana University.
To decrease the risk of brain damage, the league might have to take away or limit a marketing asset that helps make it popular — brain-rattling collisions.
"It's their point of greatest vulnerability," sports economist Andrew Zimbalist told USA TODAY Sports. "This latest report is sufficiently scary that something dramatic has to be done."
The answer may be that, even two years later, it's a different world. Without repairs, those cracks in the NFL shield will only spread. And then fans may start asking themselves an important question, Bastianelli said:
"At what cost do we want to continue to watch this?"

And yet another heterosexual NFL felon charged with wife-beating, child abuse

Image: Arizona Cardinals' Jonathan DwyerReady for another distraction football heads?

Here we have another heterosexual felon who plays for the National Felons League who is being charged for domestic violence and child abuse (a two-for this time). This time the felon is Jonathan Dwyer of the Arizona Cardinals, yup a few miles from where I live. God, I feel like now I need to take a shower knowing that I shared the streets with a felon wife-beater and child abuser who plays for the NFL.

Tonight the Phoenix PD have charged Dwyer with aggravated assault that also "involved a minor" and the felon will probably get to spend the night with Sheriff Arpaio in his pink boxers:
Phoenix police said the charges stemmed from two separate incidents that are alleged to have occurred at his home in late July. A report was first made to the Phoenix Police Department on Sept. 11, and when detectives questioned Dwyer, he admitted to the incidents but denied any physical assaults, police said.
Dwyer was being booked into the Maricopa County Jail on Wednesday on one count of aggravated assault causing a fracture, one count of aggravated assault involving a minor, two counts of criminal damage, one count of preventing the use of a phone in an emergency, and assault, police said.
The ultimate hetero-pandemonium at the NFL continues...

GLORIA ALLRED: NFL, Goodell refused to fully investigate NFL felon's depth of crimes...

Power attorney Gloria Allred held a press conference in Atlanta along with two other individuals who claim that NFL commissioner and dufus in chief Roger Goodell completely ignored their evidence of reported criminal violent behavior by a felon named Brandon Marshall who plays for the Denver Broncos. This stems from a previous domestic violence incident that Marshall has already been "punished" for, and now Allred and the panelists seek to make changes to the NFL's ways of handling domestic abuse.

In the presser it was revealed that Marshall severely beat his girlfriend in several states and in fact rammed his vehicle against one of the individuals at the presser.

These two individuals sitting next to Gloria each took their turn to explain how the NFL and commissioner Goodell in particular refused and denied to hear from their side of the situation and at the time of the incident only gave Marshall a three game suspension that was later reduced to only one game. They claim that Goodell failed to respond to their repeated attempts to inform the NFL the depth and the depravity of the felon's behavior.

Here is the video of the entire presser:

No, Yes, Maybe... No, child abuser Adrian Peterson will not play

Child abuser and felon for the NFL Adrian Peterson who enjoys beating and torturing his kids until they bleed has finally been banned from playing for the Minnesota Vikings after the team first benched him on Sunday then "reactivated" him on Monday and finally decided today to just put him back in their briefcase until his legal matters are resolved (or forgotten):
The Minnesota Vikings owners admitted Wednesday that they made a mistake when it came to the decisions regarding RB Adrian Peterson’s status with the team, after last week’s child abuse charges surfaced.
“We made a mistake and we needed to get this right,” owner Zygi Wilf said during a press conference at Winter Park.
Overnight, the Vikings placed Peterson on the Exempt/Commissioner’s Permission list, which requires that he remain away from all team activities. It was a complete reversal from the decision they announced on Monday to let Peterson play against the Saints.
The Wilfs said they support Peterson during his legal and personal matters but at this time, they feel this is the right decision, after further discussion.
Oh so "now" they are getting it right.

Grain of salt.

Fox News hostess connects NFL domestic violence to... you guessed it! - BENGHAZI!

Faux Noise airhead bimbo who refuses to let go of the Benghazi affair, like her other bimbos on the network, and is basically fingering herself over it.

The Einstein in question is illegally blonde quack Elisabeth Hasselbeck who twitted:
Oh shut the fuck up.

Next: man slips on a banana peel... BENGHAZI!

12 wife-beating felons still playing for the NFL

As the National Felons League comes under the microscope for harboring and defending felons who commit violent acts of depravity against women and children it has come to light that there many felons who are wife-beaters are still playing football for the NFL as if nothing occurred:
Ray Rice may never again play in the NFL, but a dozen other players with domestic violence arrests are still suiting up on Sundays.
Ray McDonald and Chris Cook of the San Francsico 49ers, Tony McDaniel and Kevin Williams of the Seattle Seahawks, Brandon Marshall and Santonio Holmes of the Chicago Bears, Greg Hardy of the Carolina Panthers, Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboys, Erik Walden of the Indianapolis Colts, Donte Whitner of the Cleveland Browns, Randy Starks of the Miami Dolphins and Frostee Rucker of the Arizona Cardinals have all been arrested for domestic violence or related charges since 2005, according to a USA Today database that tracks players' arrests since 2000.
Some fought the charges and won. Others accepted blame, served short suspensions and returned to the game. The rest are still waiting for their day in court, the focus of intense new scrutiny as America’s most powerful sports league faces growing criticism over its handling of players’ off-the-field conduct.
This stupid notion that the NFL is an iconic powerful American cultural deserving of veneration as a role model for young people needs to be re-evaluated me thinks.

Hannity defends Adrian Peterson abusing his kid with anti-gay rant

Catholic fascist hatemonger The Walbanger (aka Sean Hannity) was on his fledgling radio show whining about how fascists like him can no longer abuse and manipulate their children.

It is the responsibility of any parent to discipline their kids and to ensure they become good citizens of society, but brainwashing them, and in particular abusing them, well that is a whole other thing.

Walbanger was ranting about how The Vikings felon Adrian Peterson, who is being indicted for child abuse after he beat up his banbino with a switch causing bleeding and injury, is being judged and that parents can do whatever they want to a child (would that include molestation one wonders). Funny that Walbanger and people like him would say that fetuses are "persons" that merit respect but yet once they are born they become slaves to their parents and less then a "person."

And Walbanger took this opportunity to propagandize Catholic fascism and said that he fears that going after child abusers would lead to Catholic fascist parents like him not being able to tell their kids that "being gay is not normal."

One only can only assume he doesn't mean actually "beating the gay out" of the child. But we are dealing with Catholic fascists who are prone to be abusive against their wives and children.

Yet it is Catholic fascists like Walbanger who foam at the mouth when parents says its okay that their kids read a pro-gay book or are gay as well. Walbanger and company would scream "child abuse" on Faux Noise and proclaim that the earth will now implode as the "homosexual agenda" is creeping into the schools and homes.

And don't forget, these are the same fascists that go into a rage whenever a parent decides to embrace a transgender child's gender identity.

This whole bit that parents have a right to raise their kids as they see fit is bullshit coming from fascists who all they do all day is condemn parents who raise their children in a way these fascists disagree with.

11 GOP teabagger governors indicted, in trouble or under investigation

Teabagger governors came into power during and since 2010, the time when America caught this pesky STD as a consequence of American voters sleeping around with the race-to-the-bottom suicidal and fraudulent economics whore that is the teabagger economic policy imported from Austria and the city of London. This includes killer austerity, union busting, wage gouging, tax cuts for billionaires, deregulation, Chinese and global trade takeover and so on.

And now Americans are waking up from this tea-hangover as these teabagger charlatans have been exposed as nothing but fraudsters and hacks who do the bidding for the Koch Bros. and the wolves of Wall Street, not the average American citizen.

As of late, eleven - count them - eleven GOP, teabagger governors are being investigated by law enforcement, are being indicted or are sent to prison for corruption, fraud, and other shenanigans that snake oil salesmen from Nigeria tend to engage in.

So instead of creating more jobs (remember their slogan was "jobs, jobs, jobs") as they promised they indeed created more havoc.

It is time we put an end to this fraud that is being perpetrated against the American people, but we will always have dupes who love being swindled by the likes of Hannity, Limbaugh, and Mark Levin. Those we cannot rescue, however enough people are waking to the reality of this mess and are backing away from supporting reactionary right wing hustlers.

Here is a complete list of the eleven GOP, teabagger governors who are in are getting into hot water.

Learn, America. Learn.

WTF: High School girl suspended for rest of the year for writing about pot in her diary

Okay now, this is sheer madness. And not of the reefer kind:

I'm not a fan of pot but this is completely ridiculous.

Fox News' obsession with Benghazi: over 1,000 meaningless segments

The sheer irrelevancy of the right wing news propaganda outlet is clearly evident as its sole purpose is to attack Obama, regardless if he merited or not.

There's been ample opportunity for the supposed 'news' organization to cover actual news in a 'fair and balance' way but studies have shown that Fuax Noise is just that: noise. Noise for the duped chump and low information voter who are more interested in espousing cynicism than they are in providing information. Teabaggers are not interested in information, they are solely interested in propaganda that continues to stoke their xenophobic right wing asinine ideology.

A new study further proves how petty and dumb the network and its viewers have become as they devoted more than 1,000 segments (dithers) on Benghazi:

  • 1,098 total Fox News evening segments that included significant discussion of Benghazi -- an average of about 13 segments per week
  • In 18 of 20 months studied, Fox ran at least 20 Benghazi segments per month, with a high of 174 in October 2012
  • 382 segments aired on Special Report, the network's flagship news program
  • 478 segments invoked the talking points used for Susan Rice's 2012 Sunday show appearances
  • 281 segments alleging a "cover-up" by the Obama administration
  • 144 interviews of GOP members of Congress versus only five interviews of Democratic members of Congress and Obama administration officials
  • 120 comparisons to Iran-Contra, Watergate, and the actions of the Nixon administration
  • 105 attempts to link Benghazi to Hillary Clinton's potential presidential ambitions
  • 100 segments promoting the lie that the administration issued a "stand-down order"
Out of the one thousand or so segments of the Benghazi event, let us ask, what has Faux Noise contributed that so far we have not already known?

We still know that not that far away a special CIA security force was at hand to help ambassador Stevens and his crew but were not ordered to go and help them to avoid their apparent doom at the hands of the Jihadis.

Faux Noise does NOT care about the incident itself. They care about using it as propaganda against Obama as much as they can. Now they are using the event to go after Hilldog. Well, I don't like Hilldog and I don't want her to be president either, but I don't even think she's to blame for Benghazi.

If the teabaggers really cared about ambassador Stevens (a gay man by the way) they would ask their go-to guy Gen. David Petreus who at the time of the Benghazi event he was in charged of the CIA assets that provided security for the embassy in Libya. Yet, and I think this question should have been asked by Media Matters, why hasn't Faux Noise ever looked at Petreus and his involvement in Benghazi?

The answer is simple. Petreus is their man. He is the neo-con teabagger Bonaparte of our modern time. Him and General Carter Hamm have been, including under the Obama White House, pushing forward with reactionary war-mongering activities and policies in the middle east. Petreus makes no secret of his support and campaigning for Mitt Romney for president and it is quite interesting that this incident had to happen just a few months before the 2012 presidential election.

Faux Noise's propaganda gimmick is so apparent and pathetic that even though they love to dwell into conspiracy theories they failed to take note of the obvious Petreus and Romney connection and the possible attempt by Petreus to make Benghazi an October surprise against Obama.

The hacks at Faux Noise are so fucked up in the head they can't even do conspiracy theories correctly. It's that bad folks.

UPDATE: Three arrsted after German gay guy left in critical condition after being fag bashed in Belgrade

UPDATE: Three men have been arrested after a gay rights activist from Germany was brutally beaten and was sent to the hospital in critical condition in Serbia. The 27 year old victim has not yet been identified.

Here is the RAW VIDEO of the attack:

ORIGINAL POST: Anti-gay bigoted fag bashers brutally beat a gay man from Germany in Belgrade.

Remind me not to visit such a hideous place as this isn't the only time that we've seen gay men being hospitalized thanks to the conservative nationalist traditionalist religious forces in Serbia.

From the AP:
A German man who took part in a gay rights conference suffered life-threatening brain injuries when he was severely beaten in downtown Belgrade on Saturday, Serbian police and gay activists said.
The identity of the 27-year-old man has not been released. Police said later Saturday they have arrested three suspects
Jovanka Todorovic, from the Labris gay and lesbian group, told The Associated Press that the man was attacked early morning by a group of young men who beat him with a glass ashtray and shouted: "We don't want foreigners in Belgrade!"
Doctors at Belgrade's emergency hospital said the man suffered internal bleeding and head injuries.
The eastern part of the world is definitely not wanting to enter the 21st century. Yikes.

NFL hires women executives to help with their domestic violence mess

In a move that can be rightly dismissed as a PR stunt to convince the public that the National Felons League is really really really against domestic violence, when clearly they are not, they have hired a group of women to address and somehow fix the domestic violence issues among its felons.

One thing I would like to note is why not have at least one man on that team? Domestic violence is also a men's issue since, hello, the overwhelming majority of perps are indeed men. We should have men on this advisory board or whatever the fuck it is. Men should also be present and show that they (we) care about this issue and that we detest domestic violence, and in particular the beating of defenseless women by big muscular brutes.

Thus I cannot see this move as nothing but lip service for damage control as the NFL is beginning their season.

NFL commissioner, dufus in chief, Roger Goodell sent out a memo to all the teams' owner outlining this new PR move:
The gist of it is the league attempting to change the outside perception of how it handles domestic violence and, hopefully, an earnest effort to change the actual process internally.
"Because domestic violence and sexual assault are broad societal issues, we have engaged leading experts to provide specialized advice and guidance in ensuring that the NFL's programs reflect the most current and effective approaches," Goodell wrote.
First, there's Anna Isaacson, currently the NFL's Vice President of Community Affairs and Philanthropy, who will take on an expanded role Vice President of Social Responsibility.
"Anna has been leading our internal work relating to how we address issues of domestic violence and related social issues," Goodell wrote. "In this new role, she will oversee the development of the full range of education, training and support programs relating to domestic violence, sexual assault, and matters of respect with the goal of accelerating our implementation of the commitments made in my letter of August 28."
The NFL also specifically hired "three senior advisors" -- all women -- "to help lead and shape the NFL's policies and programs relating to domestic violence and sexual assault."
Those three women are:

  • Lisa Friel, the former Sex Crimes Prosecution Unit in the New York County District Attorney's Office.
  • Jane Randel, a co-founder of NO MORE, "a national initiative to raise the profile of and normalize the conversation about domestic violence and sexual assault."
  • Rita Smith, the "former executive director of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence"
Per Goodell's memo, the NFL's newest employees/advisors will focus on five things in their respective roles:
  • 1) Overseeing the development and implementation of the NFL's domestic violence/sexual assault (DV/SA) workplace policy;
  • 2) Building on existing training curricula and education programs for all personnel, including players and non-players;
  • 3) Disseminating and executing completed training programs for all 32 teams, including executives, coaches, players and staff;
  • 4) Identifying and managing DV/SA resources to enhance current services such as NFL Life Line and the NFL's Employee Assistance Programs for league and club employees and their families;
  • 5) Identifying and disseminating information to employees and families regarding resources outside of the NFL and clubs, including local advocacy and support organizations in each NFL community.
